The staff and service at Every Battery Penrith were terrific.
Nothing was too much trouble, and the battery was replaced in our Jaguar in no time.
We were exceptionally pleased when we were advised our Battery was even less expensive than originally quoted.
We can't thank them enough for their excellent service.

Ignored my dying car battery just a little too long and needed an urgent replacement. The guys at Every Battery were super helpful, had a great battery in stock and on sale, and turned up to fit it 15 minutes after I called. Can’t thank them enough. They got me out of a sticky situation and did it with a smile.

Ordered battery in the morning and they came to replace it shortly after. Super fast.
Also, the battery i ordered was too small, but fortunately, the technician Morris (who was excellent) had the correct battery with him and replaced it for me.

I could not recommend Every Battery Penrith more highly. I called because they had the superior battery for my car $60 cheaper than their competitors and found their mobile installation fee excellent. I’d have had to wait 2 days for that battery to come in so they recommended an even better one they had in stock which was $30 more. When I said I’m a solo mum on a budget so I’d need to call a family member to see if they could install it I was then offered the install for free. The installation was done ASAP around my baby’s sleep and feeding schedule and the staff who came were absolutely lovely just as the staff on the phone had been. I’ll never source batteries anywhere else henceforth as I so deeply appreciate the fantastic customer service and generous rates during a tough time.

Extremely happy with my purchase considering a 6 volt battery with a high CCA rating is becoming harder to come by. Bernice was a great help.

I spoke to Mathew at Penrith and he was great.
He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and informative.
I was telling a friend in Queensland and she told me that when she came down to nsw to visit a friend she needed her battery replaced and EVERY BATTERY PENRITH was who she went to because they offered her the best price and great service.
