Brilliant. We gambled on the mystery car and we ended up with a great car abd very nearly brand new. The team were great and they didn't even take a holding bond like many other companies. Very affordable too. Great all round.

Just a piece of advice we've learned, If you are a smoker, Just make sure you make a gap between smoking and getting inside as you might transfer the smell.

Exceptional customer service. I originally booked to collect and drop off at Cairns Airport. As my cruise had organised a shuttle service to Cairns CBD, I called a day earlier to check possibility of collect and drop off from Cairns CBD. Mei assisted over the phone and was able to fulfil my request. Enterprise Cairns CBD team were professional and friendly, my rental car was late model and in excellent condition and the office was air conditioned and clean for customers. Shaun even dropped me back to my shuttle bus on return. Great work team - highly recommended! Thank you for enhancing my family holiday in Cairns.

Rented a car for the day to head up to Port Douglas from Cairns. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it was very easy to book a car online, and the cars on offer were excellent, clean and at a very good price too! Would happily use again next time we visit Cairns.

All good: but do please warn drivers about automatic gearboxes that have a manual option alongside. This option is still sufficiently new that many people haven't seen it before, and if a car has been left in manual mode they conclude that the auto gearbox isn't working. I had to stop the car and read the manual;, while many others (I was told) return to depot because of the issue. An up-front warning, either from the desk staff or visible in the car itself, would be helpful.
