This place serves an amazing eggs benny! The combination of crispy bacon, perfectly poached eggs, and creamy hollandaise sauce atop a buttery croissant is simply divine. The flavors blend together harmoniously, creating a delightful breakfast experience. The portion size was just right, and the presentation was impeccable. The service was prompt and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant dining atmosphere. Highly recommended!!! Would definitely visit here again.

Pretty aesthetic with good coffee and food. My partner and i have dined here a couple times now and its been tasty each time.

Such a nice spot to have breakfast. Looks unassuming from the outside and in a corner away from the rest of the other restaurants but it’s quite spacious inside with gorgeous plants and light decor. 5* for the ambience, service, food & coffee. We had the big breakfast and omelette croissant which was excellent. Loved it and will be back.

Have been here a few times. Most recently for Mother's day.
Have been extremely impressed with the quality of food from this place. Ordered a cheeseburger yesterday which was cooked perfectly medium and the chips stayed crispy for ages!
Their breakfasts have always been amazing too.

So many cakes and sweets to choose from. They are coeliac away here so they have gluten-free options. I love the potato roastie that they have here and I have this every time I come because it's my favourite. They have many other things to select from for lunch and for brunch they also have a gluten-free lasagna which my kids absolutely love. The staff are pretty good and friendly enough, however they do get quite busy and customer service may drop a little which is expected and not an issue. The atmosphere is good however it is set in a shopping centre. There is seating both inside the cafe which is a little bit cramped in some spots. There are also seats outside which gives you views of all the shops and all The passers-by. We definitely try to come here as much as we can whenever we're in the area.

We've been to Chermside Westfield countless times and never noticed this pretty looking cafe spot.

Croissant was great! Buttery and heated up well.

Seeing the Synesso gave me some confidence in their coffee. Probably can calibrate a little better and increase the dosage abit. The small was quite milky, the shot tasted quite watered down. Try 20g in and 40g out and split shot.

Will be back to try the cakes! They look amazing!

Just had breakfast. We absolutely loved the veggie fritters and quiche lorraine with salad. We really enjoyed the food. The iced long black and iced coffee was really good. Also, my partner loved the berry notes in the iced long black.

Great selection of sweet and savoury! Nice coffee and lovely iced chocolates! The staff were busy as the drinks and food came out all at different times! The staff were lovely! Nice location outside Myer ! Different areas to sit and enjoy other people company while eating and drinking the fine cuisine

Their cakes are my absolute favourite. We had a caramel brownie and a strawberry cheesecake and it was just Devine! The coffee was average, (you can see my latte) but I would still recommend going for a morning/afternoon tea and you MUST get a cake 🤤

We visited for lunch after we had been to see the IF movie. The cafe was clean, the service was great and the food was amazing! We had the chicken & avocado, and my husband and I loved it!

The food is as amazing as it looks! We will definately be returning. Sunday brunch was busy but food came out in a timely manner. Staff were friendly and helpful, although not sure there is enough room between tables to fit a stroller or wheelchair.

Love coming to Ivy & Lark for the yummy sweets in the window 😍 have tried a crumble, lemon meringue slices and a baked cheesecake; all were delicious with a coffee. I really like their Croque Monsieur served with rocket and balsamic. Coffee and Chai lattes I've had are always good here. A good selection of savory foods as well. Staff are lovely and the chefs look like they have fun in the kitchen.

Ivy & Lark
I took my parents and youngest daughters to Ivy & Lark for breakfast today. Between the five of us, there were three Ivy and Lark breakfast croissant dishes, one Twice baked granola with coconut yoghurt and one Crispy cheese and potato rosti with smoked salmon.
Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the Crispy cheese and potato rosti with smoked salmon. The rosti was really crunchy. The only disappointment was that the yolk of one egg wasn't runny. Fortunately, it was the first egg I ate. If it was the second it would have been an unfortunate finish to a really nice meal.
I liked the flat white coffee but Mum found the flavour of the blend not to her liking. I think I should have explained that it was a different blend and not just an 'ordinary' coffee.
I really like the business model of choosing your own table, working out what you want and then going to the counter to order and pay. I much prefer it to table service.
I'd happily eat here again.

Update! Recently visited again and got to share such a wonderful place with family. Service was fantastic, our food came out in great time and everything was delicious! Still one of my favourite places to eat or have a coffee!

I absolutely adore coming to Ivy & Lark, it's become my favourite place for a nice meal and a catch up!
My go to order is always the 'Ivy & Lark Benny' and a chai latte, both are always fantasticly made and beautifully served.
The decor is beautiful and relaxing, and all of the staff are friendly and professional!

Favourite cafe in Westfield. Always receive the best service and the food and coffee is great too. highly recommend!

Beautiful interior with a plethora of stunning real plants - a garden oasis at Westfield Chermside. Friendly service, great staff and beautiful food!! Try the Korean Eggs Benedict with kimchi and sriracha hollandaise, or a fresh virgin mojito with raspberries. Soooo delicious!!!

This cafe offers a unique experience dining in the Chermside Westfield shopping area. The artistic design and layout of the cafe is great and unique.

Food and drinks selection are plentiful and the display of the food rival some high end restaurants.

Pricing is reasonable and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Paid $6 extra bacon for the ' Ivy and Lark Cheese Burger 🍔 ' initially thought I paid to much but then I had the Burger... Possibly one of the best burgers I've had...ever . Worth every cent 😋 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
