Being new to the F45 family I was very nervous however welcomed with so much enthusiasm and “go get ‘em” attitude by not only the staff but the other gym goers also.
I’m only in week 3 of my journey but loving every moment of it. I can truly see myself continuing with this group after my 8 week challenge is finished.
