I ordered the contemporary 6 drawer dresser and cot with mattress. My husband picked it up easily and the drawers were very easy to set up. They are abit stiff to open and close but I figured this will be better down the track as harder for a toddler to open and pull things out or climb on. We haven’t set up the cot yet as I am not due for a couple of months but hopefully it’s just as easy to put together. I purchased different drawer handles elsewhere to make the dresser a little more girly. Jade was always very helpful and pleasant when answering queries, questions and concerns via phone and email.

We recently had purchased from cloud 9 baby bedrooms the 5 in 1 sleigh cot with chest and change table. The quality and sturdiness of the furniture is excellent, we are very happy. We did have some trouble with the sliding mechanism on the cot with the side which caused some damage but cloud 9 team were prompt with email responses and organising a replacement part that got delivered straight away.

I have to say that I don’t normally give reviews but I was so happy with Cloud 9 Baby Bedrooms that I felt they really earned one. I purchased the contemporary Cot and 7 drawers set online from them for my daughter who is expecting. She was delighted with the look of them. The photos barely did them justice. As a proud father, I was concerned for any sharp or broken parts that could present a danger but the quality was first rate. Assembly was easy and the instructions were straightforward. Communication with Jade was a delight and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We purchased the sleigh cot and change table package last year and have been very happy with our overall experience. There was a few months wait time between ordering and delivery but this was communicated throughout and was made well known before even ordering. For the price the quality has been great and we look forward to using it for future babies. Communication has continued to be great even after delivery when I have had questions regarding removing one of the sides of the cot.
Overall very happy with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

things can't be helped and aren't the company's fault. In saying this, I had to wait too (with the option for a complete refund, no questions asked if I wasn't prepared to wait) but my patience paid off and I am very thankful that I did wait. I managed to receive all my furniture with enough time to get it all set up and ready!

It is risky buying something like furniture online without having seen and touched it in the flesh, but as I live interstate I took the risk based on reading lots of positive reviews.

I purchased both the sleigh cot and chest of drawers (doubling up as a change table). I love the look of both them, plus I figure they're two practical pieces of furniture that can be continued to be used in years to come.

Compared to what I have seen in baby stores, Cloud 9 baby furniture is definitely more affordable and better value for money.

I have had nothing but a positive and perfect experience with cloud9 baby bedrooms. We have had our change table and sleigh cot for almost 2.5 years. The products are so well made, paint is in perfect condition and we love the products. Additionally we have had great customer service. I have needed to contact the company a few times and have never had any troubles and always get the help I need.

Quality is fantastic. Bought the cot, drawers and change table over a year ago and haven't had any major issues so far. We had one small issue with a drawer recently, after contacting Jade she sent out a replacement part and the issue was resolved within a week. Would highly recommend.

We got a cloud 9 baby bedroom nursery set for our new bub last year and it is so beautiful! The furniture it self is amazing quality and we were surprised at how easy it was to put together which is a bonus when you have so much to organise before a new baby! It looks great in our nursery and for the price, we are very very pleased. There were some delivery delays due to covid which can't be helped, but the owners kept in touch through email to let us know every step of the way which we really appreciate. All in all we are very happy with our purchase and the customer service from cloud 9 baby. 10/10! 👶

I have had a great experience with this company and I highly recommend them. We ordered a chest of draws and a cot going back a few months ago and we received our order last week. Although it took a while to come due to the lockdown which caused delays, this wasn't a problem for us as our baby isn't due for another couple of months. When it arrived I realised I had ordered double (baby brain at it's finest) when I called Jade she was incredibly understanding and arranged for the extra items to be picked up straight away. Then when we put together our chest of draws I noticed some slight damage and again I messaged Jade and she sent a new draw front out to us without question. It's been fantastic service and my cot and chest of draws are beyond perfect. I am extremely happy with their product and will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Absolutely love our new nursery furniture. We visited many baby stores and were left disappointed by both the options and high prices when it came to cots. A lot were highly priced and felt fairly flimsy. After searching online we came across Cloud 9 and were hesitant on making such an important purchase without viewing any of the furniture. This would have also been slightly difficult as we live in Sydney and they are based in Brisbane.
We however took a chance and selected the 6 piece package. We liked the style and combination and went ahead with placing the order.
Within hours Jade had sent us an email thanking us for our purchase and immediately apologised to us there would be a day or two delay in shipping as it was during the Easter/Anzac day period and they were backed up with orders.
Without fail on the day promised we received the tracking info and a day later the products arrived at our door. The products were all sealed and wrapped and were all labelled fragile, and no damage was found on any item, a credit to the shipping company and the effort taken by Cloud 9 to protect the furniture.
As soon as we felt the items we were extremely surprised by their strength and weight, feeling solid and strong by comparison to the flimsy overpriced furniture we had seen in the retail stores.
While quite simple to assemble there are some extra care tips included by Cloud 9 to ensure a trouble and damage free assembly. This is nice as it gives the customer a few extra instructions and gives some simple explanations to some of the steps which may seem a little complicated.
And the end product is amazing. For under $1000 delivered we received a cot, bassinet and change table as well as a mattresses and change pad.
I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Cloud 9 to anyone looking for nursery furniture and can only hope that they're able to grow and expand amd offer more products.
