Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Taigum Square

Had an amazing experience! I managed to get 2 pairs of glasses for a good price, staff are lovely and professional, especially Lisa, Emma and Kritsana. I highly recommend if this is your closest specsavers store. Will go there again! :)

The staff were very welcoming and caring. They were able to fit me in last minute for an eye test then consult for glasses afterwards. Payment options were made available and everything was thoroughly explained with care.

The staff are professional, patient & polite. Also this is my closest Specsavers but I've tried other stores and you just have to see the amount of customers compared to the competitors, you know this is a good store. If you have any issues - just go back them.

Great result. Got two pairs (one sunglasses) for a really good price. The staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended

Olivia, my optometrist, was wonderful. She is excellent at her job. If you think you may have a cataract issue, she's the one to go "see"! Very skilled.
Lisa, was very organised and assisted with the after service process relating to lense options, payment and the hard part, choice of glasses. Always good to have two or three staff involved with which ones suit my face too. 🤔

Brilliant - Olivia was wonderful, and Linda was so engaging, funny and skilled. She spent time helping me pick frames, not rushing at all and was honest in her feedback. Brilliant :)

Staff and optometrists were so helpful and nice, specifically the optical assistant called Lisa. They made sure I was seen to right away and answered any questions I had.

Could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem i was having with an existing pair of glasses, and with a careful full eyecheck and studying the faulty specs, replaced them with a pair working perfectly. Such a relief. Great team effort led by Rachael.

I went to Specsavers Taigum today to have my eyes tested and update my glasses, and it was a great experience!! The staff in store were all very friendly and helpful. The optometrist I saw, Brendan, has a lovely, professional manner. He listened closely to some concerns I had about my eyes, was thorough in investigating this, and provided well-explained treatment options. If you are considering Specsavers Taigum, I would highly recommend Brendan and the team!

Appointment was very easy to make and I was seen by optometrist very quickly. She was very professional and easy to talk with. Caitlin was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and VERY patient with me whilst trying to decide which frames I wanted (which wasn't easy as I am picky with my specs) but Caitlin just kept on smiling ~ bless her. THANK YOU CAITLIN AND THE TEAM!!!

My appointment to update my multifocals at Taigum was a really good experience. Very friendly, helpful & professional staff. There were no wait times & no fees, other than my 2 pairs of prescription glasses which were excellent value for money. The large selection of frames I could choose from was great and at very affordable prices. Id highly recommend a visit.

Always great service and I can trust the optometrist to only recommend new glasses if they are actually required because of eyesight changes.
