Super friendly service. The owner, Irene, pops out to say hello and check on her guests. You're having a home cooked meal out at a small local restaurant with meals that are great value and full of flavour. We love going local and having someone else cook for us.

You won’t find a better Vietnamese restaurant in southeast QLD! The food is delicious, especially the crispy skin chicken rice, the staff are exceptionally kind, and the prices are perfect. Don’t forget to get a Vietnamese coffee to go after your meal!

Absolutely beautiful... Needed a nice big bowl of warm and cozy Pho, and that's exactly what I got! Everything was lovely and fresh. Packaged really nicely for takeaway, and a quick assembly at home. Will definitely be back again!

We travelled back from our quick trip to Gold Coast. We all wanted Pho and mum told about this place as she had come here with my sister and got some Pho back in 2019 before Covid.
This time we decided to dine in and we took the entire family.
We got the kids fried rice and one serving of spring rolls.
For the big people (adults) we got Special Pho with beef and believe me it was exceptional you will not have any beef like what you see on Netflix. You will fall in love ❤ 😍 amd it is amazing.
When we had take away and had it at home it was good but when you have it there dine in style it is the way you are supposed to eat it.
Highly recommended for everyone from a romantic date night to a family friendly restaurant cater for all.

This has become our go to place for the best dang Vietnamese vermicelli salad in my experience. Super fresh, amazingly good marinated grilled pork, tasty spring rolls, and lovely salad ingredients. Oh and don't forget that dressing! Mmmmmm. And the size is very generous for a reasonable price.

We had prawn and crab roll, special beef pho and beef vermicelli. Food was surprisingly delicious! The rolls were freshly fried. The soup of pho had a lot of taste and everything is just authentic. Price is fair. Highly recommended.

We LOVE our Vietnamese local. Irene is so nice and always so accomodating to any requests. I’m keto and she’s always gone out of her way to accomodate. Also, the food is so delicious ! Pho broth is always full of flavour and are the salads. Will always be back over and over again. The lemon ice tea is also so refreshing. Thank you for yummy food 😊

My partner and I came to Mint Place for the first time for dinner. The Pho was one of the best in Brisbane and we had amazing customer service from Irene.

We love Mint Place! It’s fantastic food and great value. We come here at least once a month and it never disappoints.
They have hired a new waiter who’s friendly and an all round champion!
The food is authentic, fresh and very enjoyable.

I ordered a beef pho through Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't have high expectations because I'm from the southside and am a regular at Sunnybank. The broth was surprisingly flavoursome and everything arrives separately, meaning you can easily zap the soup in the microwave if it's cooled down a bit since leaving the store. Good to know there's somewhere on this side of town I can get pho with some decent broth!

This place is great- so fresh and delicious. My fav Vietnamese on the north side. I ate it too fast to take pictures! Amazing food at a reasonable price.

Then look no further seriously. I cannot fault this place. Not only for the food but more so the service. For a local restaurant they really know how to dine their guests, literally no request is an issue and always welcomed with a smile.
Prices aren't expensive, there's value in the service and im always one for supporting local businesses.

It's Mint all right! just very fresh yummy food, the rice paper rolls are awesome I would suggest 3 serve for two people. Mains yes very good...BYO to!...So order rolls kick back then order Mains and chill..we go out of our to go back... Ya can't go wrong 5 Stars enjoy

Amazingly tender pork lemongrass skewers! Pho was good sized, full flavoured broth, generous with the meat and piping hot, just right for a rainy Brissy day! Service was lovely, place was small and cozy, loved it! Worth the trip here.

Best Vietnamese food ive had in Brisbane. Everything came delivered fresh to my house from door dash. The ingredients are quality and prepared well. Best iced tea ive ever tasted !!!! and viet iced coffee is delicious.
