Yesterday was my third visit to Epic Hair salon @ FortitudeValley. Each time I've left very happy with the service. Everyone I've encountered has made me feel welcome. Its great to find a salon that have stylists who listen to your hair concerns, especially being someone of mixed background with curly hair. Can't go wrong with a nice head massage 💆🏾‍♀, a glass of wine 🍷, and leaving with great looking hair. 😁

I had the pleasure of visiting the Fortitude Valley Studio and had a hair service by Michel, and I’m so glad I did. From his customer service, advice, expertise and cut, I’m so happy! My hair is feeling lovely and I look forward to next visit ☺

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. Millie treated me with the utmost professionalism and care. I am super impressed with Epic Hair Fortitude Valley, I have been given the pleasure to have Chanse as a stylist and can honestly say his vision is very impressive I am all for putting faith in his magic! Highly rate Chanse, along with his team who are switched on and lovely, the Salon itself is a vibe xx.

Chanse did such an exceptional job on my hair yesterday. Just for reference the photo on the left was where I was at coming in. Chanse took out years of dye and took me to the photo on the right. He put a great amount of effort into the procedure, you can tell he is very passionate about hair. I was previously told by another Hairdresser in the area that I would have to cut all the dye out of my hair. I highly recommend coming in and asking for Chanse for a colour correction or box dye removal. You feel so welcomed by him the rest of the team. Thank you so much

I moved to Brisbane 2 year ago and Epic hair was recommended to me by my previous hair dresser in Rockhampton as she knows they use the same top quality goldwell products that she also used. I went to the valley and found Cat, the most amazing senior hair stylist, who put me at ease with her kind and gentle approach to my nervous ness of having to find a new hair salon. I can't recommend enough. The whole staff at the valley are wonderful, professional and bubbly.

Kat is my miracle worker! She's given me a whole different hair experience over the past 4 years. I no longer worry about going to the hairdresser, because I know I'm walking out happy! Would reccomend the whole team though!

I’ve been going to epic for more than 1 year now, they always provide high quality professional service. I had great experiences every time when I visit the salon. They are super friendly and they know what they are doing. So they can style you exceeding your expectations. I am not going anywhere else because I trust these professionals and continue to style my hair with them. Plus I am using their products which is good.

I'm thrilled with my new hair cut by Michael, it's the first time I've ever been to EPIC Hair Designs and I'll be back. I went to the Fortitude Valley Salon. Michael brought my hair back from dry and frazzled and lacking in style to perfection and beautiful style. Staff are lovely too. I got the job, by the way.

It’s hard to find a stylist who knows how to cut curly hair but Dennis gives me the best curly cut every time!!

I went in and saw Michael at the Fortitude Valley salon.
It was the first time, in a very long time, I have left a hairdresser happy.
I am so grateful to Michael for fixing my disaster.
I feel human again, as he said, "your hair is your crown".
So this makes me a very happy princess.
I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

I always am really pleased with my haircuts at epic. The stylist takes time to get to know what I want, checks I’m happy with the thinning/ length and the massage chair and head massage are a huge highlight for me. I really recommend.
