The best staff. I go in everyday and get a smile. But Karen’s my favorite.
I love their flowers, fresh produce and range of products are great and you never have to wait long even when they are very busy.

Lovely set out. Always welcomed. Excellent array of stock and meats you often get under the one roof.

Great store, carries just about everything you could desire. Veggies are fresh as, but a little expensive. Good price on cakes and some deserts. Meat prices vary, but when on special very good buying. Staff are all super friendly and efficient, except for a middle aged grumble bum woman. Recommended rather than burn expensive fuel to go to Ferny Grove or Keperra.

Always well stocked, heaps of speciality food options (e.g. gluten free, plant-based, lots of specialty milks). They manage to pack heaps into this smallish supermarket.

Samford IGA is awesome. The staff are so friendly and always comment about our kids when we shop there. They have very competitive prices and it's the small things that make the difference for us, like always having a deli ham for around $10/kg (sometimes less). The meat and fresh fruit and veges is top standard. We do 90% of our weekly shop there.

Everything you need plus a whole lot of stuff you didn't think you needed until you went back in to find your host. A great array of fresh food and stores.

I was looking in earnest for a shop that would deny me the opportunity to split a $20 bill issued from the only ATM they provide, because of- in their words- "security issues". Consider me one 'very' satisfied customer of 12 years!

Apart from the graphic pig meat display that made my son hysterical, it's a great little shop that has everything under one roof. I don't shop there regularly but it is great for forgotten items and everyone is very friendly.

Great store bought the best Australian Tiger prawns I've tasted in a long time

Slightly more expensive than a Coles or Woolworths on some items although they have nicer worker and a kinder feel to the store. Their cardboard boxes out front for a more environmentally friendly choice to plastic bags is an excellent addition. Likely the cheapest general store in all of Samford. Drakes Samford is the best store in Samford for most supplies

Drakes stock brands such as Poppy's Custard powder, Five Brothers, Devondale butter , Defiance, Jamsetta, Rivergum Eggs. Drakes support the community. We love our local.

A great supermarket in a fantastic village. It feels like shopping in the country. The orange juice machine is a great addition.

Great small supermarket, heaps of variety with lots of things your unable to find in larger chains including local goods, and fresh ready made meals and nut butters.

Excellent store and the management cares and supports the local community. What more can you ask for?
