Have been so impressed with the team at Long Haul since the day we walked in to inspect the selection of vans. We had a few relies and friends who had purchased and highly recommended the company for the quality and pricing of the product as well as the tremendous after sales service. We joined the Facebook group to review and were amazed at the number of positive posts relating to the after sales customer service and out of hours availability of expert assistance to rectify issues no matter how minor or major.

After deciding to upgrade from our camper to a van we had no hesitation in visiting the show room. We are so happy with our purchase, from the layouts, equipment, appliances, fittings and how it tows.

In our package the 1st service was free. It was booked in at our time if pickup, a reminder sent the week before, completed within a day, including repairing our accidental damage and all at no charge. When your dropping off or picking up, you are met by a team of long haul employees welcoming you with smiles before getting to work to hitch or unhitch your van. You just can’t help but feel at ease and confident your van, you and your family are in good hands. Then to get home and find some gifts inside your van, you don’t get that anywhere else.

The customer service experience is head and shoulders above anything I have experienced before.

If your looking at buying a camper or hybrid van, you can’t go past the Long Haul van or company. You won’t regret buying into the Long Haul family.

The team at Long Haul are amazing. They are friendly, approachable and only ever a phone call or email away if there is a problem. Their after sales service is second to none. John (Law) who runs the show is such a nice guy with a great sense of humour. If you’re thinking of buying a hybrid caravan, check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Had our first service booked in when we purchased our T11 van but as the date got closer we planned to go away on a long trip beforehand John and the team were more then happy to accommodate for this and fit us in a week before we left. We had a few options for a hybrid, after going though all google reviews only one company stood out for it's superior service! And it was too be true, I purchased a van and have experienced that exact quality customer service - I had an issue one weekend and contacted the team, my van was repaired asap and we were back on the road, it's been amazing so far!

So happy we went with long haul. Great quality product, best off road camper we have had. Definitely built to explore the tough off road conditions AUS has to offer. The accessories these guys throw in is phenomenal. The after sales service from this company has completely blown us away.. we have never experienced service like this ever. nothing is ever too much trouble for Jon and his team. Their service is outstanding. I bought my van second hand, but the help I have received from Long Haul is second to none. You won't find another Company even come close to the after hours service these guys do.

We have had nothing but a great experience with Long Haul Campers, We purchased T1 camper trailer then 2 years later purchased our T13 Lux Caravan which we have just use to completed a 3100km trouble free Holiday. The T13 Lux is a awesome caravan which tows great is easy to setup and has everything you need. On top of all that the Team at Long Haul Campers not only provide awesome after sales service but they have created a fantastic community of people enjoying and sharing their trips, tips and travels via socialmedia. I can't recommend them enough.

This is our second purchase from Longhaul. Our X1 camper was fantastic for the family. It did everything we needed it to. But comes a time when you need that little bit of luxury and for us, the X13 fitted that bill perfectly. This van just makes it so simple to either head off for a quick weekend away, head off on the big lap, or anything in between. We couldn't be happier with the service from John and the team at Longhaul. It makes owning this van a pleasure and knowing that they are there for you should you need to contact them gives great piece of mind.

Well I must say I bought a long haul T-Rex 13 6 weeks ago and have been out twice now and love it! I’m on my own and was concerned about setting up but has been so easy! The after service is also amazing! Haven’t had to use it but they have contacted me to make sure all is good! The Best Buy I have ever made this is my little set up 😁😁

We could not be happier with our Long Haul T-Rex X15 van. We've had it for 10 months now and love the experiences that this van has been able to provide. I would recommend that you take a look at these guys if you are in the market for a hybrid or camper and their aftersales service is second to none.

Always fantastic service from John and the team. From the moment you pull into the carpark the fantastic service from the workshop team, they are welcoming and ready to go with unhitching the trailer and getting stuck in and then John,Zane and the office staff are always more than helpful and go above and beyond.

Continually fast turn around for service, being it answering email query, telephone consult, or social media enquiry, the team at Longhaul never cease to amaze.
