I enjoy shopping here. Good variety and especially for the more mature customers.

Have always loved the stock available and the pleasant staff

Polite staff, good range of clothing, excellent sales.

Lady was rude and wouldn’t let us buy the necklace we wanted as she could not be bothered to take it off the manikin.

The very rude woman poked her nose outside door of shop and said she wasn't opening for another 1/2 hr if you please at 9am! She said she was on her own (was that my problem?) and she had to go to the toilet and she was expecting a phone call. I just felt her customer service was rude to the extreme, shop next door said a lady travelled over from Camp Hill to find Noni B had closed at 4pm. Is Noni B not interested in customers any more??

Poor service , bought an item for my wife , returned it for an exchange and was told that the return policy was a strict 30 days , explained that we do not reside in the area and did not have the opportunity to return it ,she was still unwilling and told me that I should I red the fine print on the receipt. Poor service this should have been pointed out at the point of sale.
Poor performance of the sales person , get out of retail or be trained.

The store was closed a full hour and a half before the closing time advertised online. Poor form.
