Enjoyable place to play the card games.
Does get pretty loud at times, what with all the different formats going on.
For those who have sensory noise challenges, be prepared for that.
Staff are welcoming and friendly, and you might even snag a "how-to" lesson if you are new.
Good player base, solid turnouts for most events.

Love this place! There’s always a great atmosphere whenever I come here, and on weekends and some afternoons the tables are full of people laughing and gaming. The staff are super helpful and usually can answer any questions you need. Don’t be dissuaded by how empty the shop is early in the day, when people come, they bring friends.

Staff are great, card communities are friendly and welcoming. (Pokémon, MTG, One piece) a great place to get started for all fun on cardboard.

Store owner, Floyd, is a very good communicator, and that makes all the difference for feeling like you're part of a community.

Always willing to have a chat and explore a game or card you are looking at. The staff are always happy and friendly. There is also a great opportunity to order items through their Facebook page and pick up in store, reducing wait times and disappointment of them not having what you are searching for.

I came in a played Pokémon had a fantastic time, very knowledgeable staff always willing to help. Always willing to help customers. Saw the gentleman working today helping kids who have never played before. Great atmosphere.

Service is fantastic, friendly and fun. Always made to feel welcome, the space is well stocked and presented, the play area is smaller but comfortable. Events are constantly scheduled and encouraged providing a great feedback to the community.
Am a regular and shall remain a regular for sure :)
Standouts are the two employee's Benni & Kylie, two absolutely fantastic human beings that make not only shopping but spending time there fun, time and time gain.

So far I have been to this good games twice and have been shown excellent service and a warm welcome. I entered the store as a novice to dungeons and dragons and the shop assistant Benny was really helpful in explaining the basics of the game and what I would require and was happy to answer any of my questions. He then informed me about their adventurers league that they host every Saturday and due to this I attended my first session as a passive observer to understand more about the game. Whilst at the league session I met one of their dungeon masters Dan who was quite knowledgeable about the game and was very patient with me firing questions his way. I will definitely go back to participate in a session in a couple of weeks time due to the staff's commitment to a top customer experience.

My first trip into this NEW store was awesome! Being able to come in and see some familiar faces from both the city branch and the old Kallangur one gives it such a nice warm feeling.

The staff are as amazing and helpful as ever, always offering to order things in if it's not available and answering and questions I may have.

Myself being more of a Commander player these days this store definitely has the atmosphere for that as people are always looking to play and are super friendly too!

Absolutely great gaming store. I got sleeves, dice and the incredibly hard to track down Brawl decks! Very fair prices. Seems new and fresh ! Very happy the air-conditioning was blasting when I walked in opposed to the old GGK store where it was a sauna to game in. Have been in twice and both times the staff members have greeted me when I arrived and made me feel welcome. Also great parking and close to food KFC, Hungry Jack's and dominoes.

Its not that often that a store lives up to its name. Good Games does just that with supportive staff, more games to poke a stick at and a welcoming environment.
The team that work there are able to help a new MtG player get their decks sorted, provide a rundown of different board games and are pleasant people.
If they doesn't have a particular board game or rpg system, you can bet that they will try their best to get it in for you.
Finally, the environment. It's a bunch of geeks. They will accept you for who you are and feel welcome.

Great place for tabletop games. Tables out the back to play games. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Loads of trading cards available to buy in singles. Loads of board games. Loads of accessories to make your gaming experience better. Highly recommended!

Best example of putting the customer first. Got to the store when the staff member was putting in results for yugioh, which was fair enough hes doing his job. Told me he'd be a minute, came back out and then helped me find so many Commander cards, from like 5 different binders. Even the cards he didnt have, he got them ordered in for me!

I messaged the store and they hit me back within 5 minutes of my question. Super helpful staff, beautiful store and close to fast food for those long gaming sessions.

Stopped here for some last minute xmas gifts on xmas eve, having used them previously for online orders. I wish I had more time to take a look very cool shop. Quick Monopoly was a success.

From the second I walked in I was welcomed by the staff members. Its way cleaner than the kallangur and has a heap more stock. The play space out the back is neat and tidy. Also a stack of parking !!! Love this store!

Went in looking for DnD starter packs, staff here couldn't have been more helpful, answerd all the questions I had and I new nothing. Just fantastic service.
