Never have I ever encountered such service! I was at my wits end with an ongoing issue from running that had plagued my training for months! Fortunately, I was met with unbelievable knowledge and enthusiasm for my issue. After my first session I felt like I have a much better understanding of what happened, and a plan of action moving forward. Cannot fault the customer service.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Hannah. About two years ago, I had a nasty fall from a mountain that left me with a severely strained right ankle. Unfortunately, it didn't heal properly over the course of six months, and even though I had heard from friends and family that it should get better on its own, something just didn't feel right.

Lately, my ankle had been acting up even more, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and started researching places to get my ankle fixed. That's when I stumbled upon Hannah's clinic.

After my initial consultation with Hannah, I finally had a clear understanding of what was going on with my ankle. She explained that I had chronic tears in my lateral ankle ligaments on the right side, along with a small floating bone fragment from the old injury. Hannah started a treatment plan for me, which included strapping, laser therapy, activity modification, and even looking into orthotic therapy.

Throughout my time with Hannah, I've come to appreciate her friendly and open-minded approach to treatment. She provides me with exercises and explores various methods to help improve my ankle's condition. The strapping, in particular, has been a game-changer for me, and I feel noticeably better when I'm wearing it.

I can honestly say that thanks to Hannah's expertise and her dedication to her patients, my ankle has improved significantly. I no longer find myself constantly complaining about it, and that's a huge relief. I wholeheartedly recommend Hannah to anyone in need of podiatry care. She's professional, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being.

I just saw Hannah today with my issue of terrible seed corns from losing alot of weight. She was so friendly, approachable and willing to hear and discuss my issues. I was very very impressed. Another thing that I noticed is that both Lyn and Hannah know all of their clients names, it was lovely to see. Furthermore, Hannah is going to try and use my existing orthotics to help with the pain hopefully saving me money. They deserve more stars than just 5! I cannot recommend enough! 😁😁

I came to visit my husband in Australia for two weeks and I was looking for a podiatry to remove any hard skin or corns that I tend to develop due to the structure of my foot.

I am extremely pleased with the service offered by Hannah, she was thorough and attentive. She went out of her way to explain to me about the nature of my foot and how to manage it more effectively in the future.

On personal level, she knew I am a personal trainer and I was looking for fitness centers, she recommended to me couples of fitness centers. In brief she went the extra mile to assist, she was friendly and professional at the same time. I would recommend her for sure and I will be seeing her again in the future

I'd been walking around in pain for 6 years misdiagnosed until seeing Hannah a few days ago. I'm SO impressed with her thoroughness and knowledge! I now have a completely different diagnosis! The most exciting part is that I will soon be able to wear a closed in shoe for the first time in 6 years. Shoe shopping here I come!! Alana has been fantastic with me and my family. She helped fix bursitis in my foot months ago and now is helping my 9 year old son with inflammation in his heel. Friendly, professional and keen to see people pain free. I completely trust Alana and know that when we go to see her, she’s going to give us help and not just waste our time or money. I was recently referred to Alana for a chronic issue in my left foot which was causing me great pain when out running. With her incredible knowledge, it did not take her long to diagnose the issue and after just TWO visits I ran a half marathon 100% pain free! I am eternally grateful and cannot recommend this place enough. A huge shout out to Lyn on the front desk too...super friendly.

Hannah is the most compassionate and professional Podiatrist. Her mantra is to help people fix their feet and to work with them and not necessarily just prescribe orthotics. I cannot speak highly enough of Hannah and the services she offers. Hannah will work with you and she listens to what you have to say. It is very refreshing to be heard and not just told you need orthotics. I love that Hannah is working with me to make the most of the shoes I currently own. If you need a brilliant Podiatrist go and see her!! All the staff in this practice are just lovely and make it a pleasure to visit.

I found Alana very helpful and easy to talk to. The first podiatrist I've dealt with and I'd definitely go back if my feet were to hurt again. She fixed up for now with easy to use inserts, great advice on habits to break and other self help recommendations. Also very affordable as a bonus.
