Excellent, friendly and efficient. Nyssa was the vendor agent for a property I purchased and went out of her way to assist in closing the deal, including travelling back from her holidays to attend a building inspection! She kept me up to date with how negotiations were progressing with the vendor, and continually checked in with me to make sure settlement was on track. Any vendor would be lucky to have her represent their property, as she really did do everything she could to get the property sold. I know if I need to sell, I would be using her. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kind, Professional and delivers impeccable service. We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to list our home with Cathy Sica. We first met Cathy at least 6 months before we were ready to list. She helped us organise trades, repairs etc to get our house on the market. She was even giving us advice on our purchase from another agency. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always there to help. Once listed, we had approximately 50 groups through our fist open home. Within a week we had multiple offers and Cathy guided us with her expertise.
