My partner and I recently bought a block of land from Oxmar Properties in Griffin Crest this year. As young first home buyers, the thought of purchasing land was quite daunting. However, the land purchase went through very smoothly without any issues at all. The service from Justin at Oxmar's sales office was extremely professional and he helped us choose our perfect block of land. We have recommended Oxmar Properties to all our friends and family who are considering purchasing land. We have finished our build and now are very happy to be living in the beautiful estate.

Justin is an amazing representative of Oxmar Properties. We were initially unsure of the processes and did not feel confident to speak to someone about land packages. Despite what others say the covenant keeps all the houses respected and well maintained, therefore your properties value is higher because of the surrounding streetscape. This further attracts a mature and responsible community. All of our neighbours are young families that we chat to and look out for. Truly is a lovely place to raise a family.

Rick Clewes, a 6 star man in a 5 star world of real estate. Oxmar Properties/Development have a real asset in Rick who is a real ambassador for the brand. The Estate itself is a very good, well thought out, not too dense compared to neighbouring development which we opted out of. Rick is genuine, a professional as well as developing a strong client rapport. He communicates well and was supportive in the current mad climate of land and house sales. My experience with Phil & his son and his team at Oxmar has been fantastic. Being a great supporter of local sporting talent with his sponsorships he really gives young athletes the opportunity to make it in their sport of choice. Great people!

We recently bought some land at Narangba Heights through Rick Clewes from Oxmar Properties who was amazing. He guided us through the process so we were prepared in advance for each stage and even helped us with a dispute we had with our builder of bushfire risk ratings. Land settled yesterday now looking forward to building !

We were lucky to find a big block of land on the Hilltop Estate of Oxmar properties that suited our build dream. We bought our lot in August 2018, price was fair market price for an exclusive boutique estate with lovely flat lots.
Our land settled with zero issues, bank valuation for our land was on point.
Our building journey like many had its hiccups, we changed builders twice but Oxmar properties were very patient and supportive. Cam and all the team at the office Sue and Mark were always professional, helpful and accommodating to all our inquiries and requests. Even both of the builders we dealt with praised Oxmar for their professionalism, integrity and ease of communication compared to other land developers.

It’s been 8 months since we moved to our new home in our lovely breezy Hilltop Estate and we’re so happy with the calm, friendly and beautiful neighborhood.
