Nate's Family Restaurant

5 star steaks with 6 stars service!
We were staying at the caravan park and had not booked a table. The restaurant was very busy and we were told they were booked out. Feeling a bit disappointed and also a bit silly for not booking we sat at the bar to have a drink and think about our options. The owner came out of the kitchen and said he could squeeze us in which was really amazing as we could see how busy they were. The food was real quality. The steak was cooked exactly how we asked for it and was easily one the best we have had anywhere. Dessert was another winner with brownie and creme brûlée. Both amazing. Thanks guys for the great meal and awesome service. Your passion for what you do really shows.

The kids and us love this restaurant, friendly environment for kids and Nate is always there with a welcoming smile to greet us and have a chat. The food is always consistent and the steaks are cooked to perfection! I recommend the eye fillet or the grilled chicken breast. Sometimes the meals take a little while to come out but we know that is only because every detail is being expertly checked over, meals never disappoint once they arrive!!!

Absolutely loved, will be our go to place now for sure. Tonight we went for my son's 18 and wow the food was amazing, staff was just wonderful and really looked after us nothing was a bother to them and a really nice atmosphere. Really happy we found Nate's, felt terrible for not leaving a tip as I didn't have any cash on me but I will definitely make up for it next time.

Oh my god streak was the best and pizzas were pretty good

Had the Barra Ridgeback. Perfectly cooked and reasonably priced! Will be coming back for more.

What a great family restaurant !!! Delicious pizzas, great steaks cooked perfectly and yum pasta ! We recently had a ‘ Christmas 🎄 in July’ party in the function room. The owners Nate and Jade were very accommodating and let us go all out with the decorations as long as we took them all down again on leaving. I highly recommend Nate’s for ‘private dos’ as well as dining in the main restaurant. Great food 🥘, great friendly staff and wonderful cosy venue in a central location. Martina 🎈

We had the best meal tonight, filet with mushroom sauce, lasagna with veg and mash, every mouthful was pure bliss, we have eaten there before but this was the very best of the good food we have experienced. Thanks Nate for asking how we liked it, words just can't describe the pleasure of eating tonight.

My wife and i have been coming here for a couple of years now, and the food has always been absolutely awesome. We've never had a bad meal. The staff are very friendly and are always happy to have a chat, thats the kind of service you will get at Nate's. P.s. awesome steak.

I agree with many posts here. I didn't expect much as the restaurant is located in a caravan park. But....the food was the best i've eaten in a long time. Steak was divine, even the vegies were amazing. Nates special mash is well worth it too. Definitely recommended.

Service was fantastic. Staff friendly & informative without being overbearing. Prices very reasonable. Food was out of this world, delicious, plate-licking tucker. Will definitely be making this a fave restaurant.

While staying at Seven Mile Beach on a Sunday night, we were pretty low on dinner possibilities but had read that some people happily drove 20+ minutes for Nate's pizza so we thought we ought to give them a try. We are so glad we bothered to drive the 10-15 minutes.

On a Sunday they are only available for takeaway pizza (no kids menu or pasta), and to our completely surprise Nate's is located in the common room/reception of a caravan park. Sometimes hole-in-the-wall places are hailed as gems and Nate's is a diamond.

We had the garlic pizza, satay chicken pizza and the FigJam pizza. The (fresh) FigJam pizza is by far the best pizza I've ever had in my life. The satay chicken pizza was good but was even better reheated the next day. The garlic pizza was good, but a bit too strong even for a garlic-lover like myself.

The prices were reasonable and if you're within driving distance (or not), do yourself a favour and order the Fig Jam pizza from Nate's!

When we booked in for 4 days at the park , we got told there was a 5 star chef at Nates . I thought to my self , yeah I'll be the judge of that ....

OMG!!! Had the best pizza , cook the real way in a fire stone oven .
My scotch fillet was PERFECTLY cook . I like It Medium and every where else I have been they under cook it and it's still moving on the plate ..

My girfend had chicken boscaiola , best she has ever had to.

The holiday park was great too , very nice staff ...

Best food and service ever!

Nates is a really great local restaurant. The staff are friendly and the food fast and delicious. Kids are also made to feel very welcome here.

Been here a few times now every time we do come staff very friendly and helpful, food all ways great and delicious (⌒▽⌒).
I would just like to single out the lady who served us I believe that when she severd us that it was her third shift she was very friendly and helpful when serving as well as patient.

I had the 450g rump with mushroom gravy. The steak came out a perfect medium rare as ordered and the mushroom gravy was packed full of mushrooms and was absolutely delicious!!

Excellent service great food steaks are to die for absolutely nothing to complain about friendly staff good atmosphere will definitely be going back

Great food - simple menu but all done brilliantly! Excellent local wines. Overall, very enjoyable.

Best steaks I have ever had, Great pizzas, and outstanding service. 100% would recommend this place.
