Aussie Made Sheds

Initially selected Aussie Made Sheds as they were able to provide the shed, builder and organise the concrete. Turns out the shed kit was heavily delayed and never arrived with the doors. They couldn't find a builder or concreter and both of those cost way more then they 'quoted'. Paid for the shed in March - lots of discussion about the doors only to find they aren't able to provide them. They promised a refund on the doors and now have gone on holidays - after saying the refund would be processed last week. I have had to make constant calls and emails during this entire process and it has been painful and difficult to get anything done. Josh and his team seem lovely but this is not the way to treat your customers and holding funds for months and not delivering is not only poor form but illegal. I am not taking appropriate legal action to recover funds. I have given them plenty of time to respond and tired of excuses. If you are looking for a shed I would avoid AMS and also if you are in Tassie i would also avoid Ezylay concrete who are just as bad.
