Oh my gosh. I can’t rate Uptiles enough. We’d been to other tile shops and their showrooms were pretty average with a poor selection. But hang on a second.. not only does Uptiles have a great showroom, but exceptional staff. I won’t name my favourite sales staff as there are a couple of them. From front of house to warehouse they are just exceptional. We went to buy some tiles for our study. Next step we were hooked with a complete downstairs entertainment area, then laundry, then bar. Now we’re back for the downstairs shower. You get the advice, and expertise, and quality product. Don’t buy cheap rubbish - don’t waste your time - go straight to uptiles.

If there were an award for the “Tile Whisperer,” Kris at Uptiles would snatch it up! 🏆 Seriously, this guy has the patience of a saint and the expertise of a tile guru. My bathroom renovation went from stressful to sensational thanks to Kris’s guidance. He didn’t just sell us tiles; he curated a masterpiece! We spent hours geeking out over options, and Kris was there every step of the way, dropping wisdom bombs like confetti. If you’re in the tile game, Uptiles is where it’s at, and Kris is your MVP. Bought our bathroom tiles at Uptiles, and really, the experience could not have been better. We were looked after by Flynn whose knowledge and patience were far beyond his years. All those in sales and the warehouse while loading were positive and easy to deal with. Great customer service all round and highly recommended.

Danyel looked after us with her knowledge, fabulous service - from assisting choosing samples, doing quotes, following us up, all the way through to purchase & pickup to ensure we got the right tiles for our rumpus room. We had a fantastic experience at Uptiles Strathpine for our bathroom renovation. Kris helped us with our design choices to ensure the tiles, fittings and tapware gave us the finished look and longevity we were after. We had quite a tight budget but Kris worked within our limits and we still ended up with a beautiful, unique, European tile and a quality vanity and mirror. The team was extremely responsive at all stages of the process and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Highly recommend and will be going back to Uptiles for our next project.

We have received exceptional service from staff at Uptiles Strathpine especially from Kris, an Interior Designer there. Initially we purchased floor tiles recommended by Kris for our laundry renovation. As we loved there look we bought the same tiles for the future renovation of our ensuite and main bathroom. Kris showed us some mosaic tiles for the laundry and kitchen splashbacks which looked amazing so we ordered them. Because the laundry tiles look great when laid, we have now ordered the same tiles for all living areas in the house. Kris' design experience and advice has been very helpful and he has always been willing to go above and beyond to help out logistically. I would highly recommend Uptiles Strathpine.

We were looking for some tiles for a balcony we had looked at a few different places but couldn't find quite what we were looking until we went to uptiles. The staff were amazing and very helpful the tiles we found were reasonably priced. There is plenty of parking on-site I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tiles.

I was needing to get some floor times in a short timeframe and this was the first tile shop I went to. The staff, including the delivery driver were very friendly and helpful, and the service was of high quality. I didn't need to go elsewhere as the tiles I chose were available, and ready to be delivered the following day. Thank you for such a pleasant and seamless experience.

I recently completed a kitchen renovation and bought my floor and splashback tiles from Uptiles. I could not be happier with the support and service I have received every step of the way. Kelly has fantastic product knowledge and nothing I have asked of her has been too hard. The splashback tiles we purchased were large format tiles (1600 x 800) so we asked for a recommendation of a tiler who would have experience with laying such big tiles. The tiler they recommended was excellent and our finished project looks stunning. Thanks Kelly and team!

From the moment we walked in we felt taken care of by Kelly. She really listened to what we were after and found a tile to fit the brief. Kelly really knew her products and even took the time to show us what our tile choice would look like outside in different lighting. Highly recommend!

There are huge amount of designs and verieties available from wall tiles, floortilea, pantry tops, etc.
The designers are very helpful for the customers to select designs and create themses.
Lankatiles tiles are highly recommended.

Uptiles are an amazing business. Not only do they have great tiles and helpful staff they also have a strong sense of civic responsibility. We recently had the experience of our builder becoming bankrupt. Uptiles continue to be very understanding and helpful allowing us to store our purchase onsite until we are ready to proceed with our build. We cannot thank them enough. One less thing to worry about... Uptiles are fantastic, highly recommended.

Had the most pleasant and impeccable service from Shania and Kelly at Uptiles Strathpine. The showroom is gorgeous, the staff’s knowledge and taste in design is second to none, they’ll bend over backwards for you, 100% I’ll be back to finish renovating the rest of my house in due course.
