Easy to use and very convenient

Hi I parked my car at ticket machine around 10.50

I came back at 11.19 on the dot. The parking was suppose to be free but it was asking for 14 dollars. I spoke to a bloke called Nick over intercom first then over the phone number times. I've wasted a further 30 minutes of my time because Nick was not helpful at all. He told me to pay the ticket and then send an email for a refund. I told him that's not fair and while I'm arguing with him the time actually went passed 30 minutes. Nick was hanging up on me multiple times and the time actually exceeded thirty minutes now. I had no choice but to pay the fee because of your gate error.

He refused to give me his name multiple times then only gave me his first name and hanged up.

Please give me a refund.

Just had a terrible experience at this carpark. I was over the time limit by 1 minute and was asked to pay $14 (i had a $7 discount voucher from the clinic). When questioned - NICK the voice intercom attendant was RUDE and hang up on my 3 times. all i wanted to know if i did actually go over by 1 minute and can he just check the time i arrived. Rude, unhelpful and kept repeating i have to pay the amount. This is fraud. Will be reporting to the ACCC. Obvious I wasn't the only person who have had this experience here.

Extremly unhelpful. Horrible experience geting out of that parking. The people who manage this parking should be fired.
