I want to profusely thank the female chemist (sorry did not catch her name) who recently helped me with some medication for my 6month old. She was very knowledgeable and understanding and keen to help before sending me off to a doctor for a script (this was a weekend visit). Great customer service and help to a busy parent. Would recommend coming here for a personalised experience

The staff here are so knowledgeable and very helpful. I prefer coming here than heading to the bigger chemists. I always feel listened to when explaining my symptoms and that the recommendations are exactly what is needed.

To the person who left a 1 star review about baby formula. That is on you and not the chemist! Pays to read expiry dates and also grocery stores and some chemists do not offer refunds on baby formula. I know this from experience.

We typically shop at Chemist Warehouse but from now on will prioritise this specific TW Chemist. I came in last night and got attended to before I even got to the prescription counter. Received my prescription within 2mins in comparison to Chemist Warehouses 25mins. I had my wife on the phone when one of the pharmacists overheard me and went out of her way to grab the item for me. My 5 stars is for the handful of visits I’ve had and service received and will definitely use them as a primary chemist as they’re also local to Woodlea. Thanks team
