The staff and owner provide excellent service and are extremely attentive to details. The owner is very friendly and explains engine problems clearly. I will definitely come back to use this service again.

The mechanic, Top, was friendly, very knowledgeable and experienced.
As a female driver, I have limited knowledge about cars. He was patient and enthusiastic in educating me how parts worked which I really appreciated.
With his expertise, him and his team was able to change my complicated HID light bulbs within less than an hour.
I used to take my car for a service at a dealer. Next time I will bring car here for a service.

A young girl was saved from dying today.

On Tuesday I went in to get a service and Tom suggested that I get my brakes done too. So I did.
Today I had to go back to get something I left there on Tuesday.

If you know the area, Bunnings and Derrimit Gym are just around the corner. As I'm driving there, this young on her p plates pulled out without looking (so many cars there) and I slammed on my brakes. The car stopped about 30 cm's from her drivers side. She was putting on her seatbelt as she was pulling out.

If Tom had not told me get my brakes done, that poor girl would not have gone home that day.

I know there are so many ways this could have happened but my brakes were shot and I'm just so thankful that things turned out the way they did.

Tom, you're the man!
p.s When I told Tom this morning, he got goosebumps. I hope that tells you a bit about the kind of guy he is.
