Highly recommend! Can't speak highly enough of Colin. Gave really clear and informed advice. Exceptional value for money. He saved me $$$. I thought I needed a new machine. Colin came out did an assessment, took machine to be repaired and then delivered. He went above and beyond with his service. Really honest and excellent customer service.

Always the first place I go to whenever our old fridges or washing machine broke down. Excellent service knowledge and excellent product quality. We have brought several fridges and a washing machine from them. Colin has always been very helpful and friendly to me.

l have been using eastern homewares for many years for my business washing machine, being a dog grooming business our machine gets a good run
They are always so friendly, and over to my salon asap to help fix the problem knowing it's a needed equipment in the salon.
Today it was personal and they were fantastic, l can not recommend them highly enough! l wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just a big shout out to these guys, what started out as a washing machine repair, which they can no longer get the parts for, turned into a new machine sale.
During the whole process I was kept up to speed if there was a variation in times and they delivered, installed and took the old machine away and I basically didn't have to leave the house.
Thanks very much Colin for all your help and service, now I just have to learn how to drive it, ha ha.

Cannot speak highly enough of this business. Our Engel failed a week before heading off on a trip up the Centre. Not only did they put a fast track on the diagnosis but went above and beyond in sourcing the parts for the repairs and having it ready so that we could leave on time. Had great communication during the process as well.

I have purchased Chiq fridge freezer 432L also a Speed Queen 8.5kg washing machine, they have repair my old fisher&paykal dryer. I highly recommend this company professional very friendly and provide a excellent service that will meet all your needs, i wouldn't go anywhere else one very happy customer.👍

This store is just wonderful. The staff know their appliances and are very nice and helpful. They fixed my old 26 year old tumble dryer in a few minutes flat. I was so very grateful as the machine has great sentimental value and has never failed before. I did notice that they stock second hand fridges, dishwashers and other appliances. All very good brands and even car fridges. I will definitely be back. Great service, great product knowledge and very reasonably priced.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Ron definitely knows Engel fridges. Figured out that our Engel would not cool and needed repair 1 day before a camping trip. Dropped it off and left it with Ron. Later that afternoon our fridge was repaired and ready for our trip. Couldn't be happier with the service and have had no further issues with our fridge.

Excellent store for nearly any white goods appliance you could want, staff are very helpful and answered my questions easily and showed me the exact product I was looking for on this visit. I'd definitely suggest looking here before buying brand new as I got my still near new fridge here 6 years ago now at a good price plus delivered and setup and haven't had any problems, I couldn't find a big enough fridge that was suitable to fit in the low height space at my new house at the main retailers but there's a really good range here and I've been very happy with it since.
