Ekodeck

Working through some solutions I needed with the Ekodeck team recently was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. Kane was the rep that I worked with after buying the product from Bunnings in Forster and he helped to fully resolve the challenges I was facing. He, and the team around him, were extremely responsive via phone and email, professional and keen to ensure I got the very best outcome. I couldn't recommend their customer service highly enough!!

Absolutely LOVE our Ekodeck! We decked the back patio, around the pool and a small patio at the front of the house. We also used the Ekoscreening for a gate and we are intending on using more of the screening to close in our pool pump and bins out the front.
It was a lot easier to use than we thought, it cut nicely with a drop saw, even when we had to use a jigsaw to cut wround our pool lid, it all cut nicely and with a tiny bit of sanding you can't even tell its cut. Me and my husband are quite handy, but not tradies and would work with it again.
My favourite part is that we don't have to maintain it at all, which is a huge bonus as when we built a deck for our first house with timber, staining/oiling the deck yearly was a nightmare.
We love the look it gives our house and intend to use the some of the off cuts to make some steps out the front.
It does get a bit hot in the sun, but its no different to when we had pavers or plain timber at our old house.
The only negative we had was we ordered it in March last year and had to wait 2 months to get it, but that was a Bunnings distribution centre issue and we are all the way up in Far North Queensland, it certainly was worth the wait though, I love our outdoor area.

Ekodeck were great sending out samples and receiving them so promptly. Our Son has this product and we were impressed, his deck came up great. Plenty of colour options to choose from.
Product is durable which means not much maintenance.

Just finished resurfacing my old timber deck with ekodeck classic and couldn't possibly be any happier.fantastic product and also much less hassle than timber.im definitely just a home handyman with few skills and this made my deck look like a professional had done it.highly recommend to anyone and will start saving to do my 2nd deck .many thanks

Great product, I like the two sided colour boards which I used on this project as breaker boards. Easy to work with and quick to install.

I found Ekodeck to be very easy to work with I used the 6 mm quick fix kit and it made the job a breeze. The standard clips make it easy to fix and space correctly along with the locking clips and c clips it's a great system to use and I would highly recommend this product.

Ekodeck is a great product, solid, looks good, and would be fantastic to install and replace my whole deck. Unfortunately I only needed to replace a dozen or so planks and it is not ideal to mix in with existing timber decking. I keep the samples provided and expose them to the element to see if they weather well over the years. I'm still considering this product for an other section of the garden.

Ekodeck is so easy to install. Did large irregular shape deck with disabled ramp as well as landing and disabled ramp in 2 days. The hidden ekodeck installation system with 3mm gap between boards is quick and easy to install with a great finish

Used Ekodeck on our front gate to replace the fading Merbau. Looks amazing and hopefully will last a lot longer with less maintenance:)

I have installed some 35 boards around the home making a glorious deck. I have been impressed with the installation system . Its very easy to do by a handyman like me. The Boards get warm in the full sun but not overly hot and the best is they are not slippery at all when wet. Customer service when needing some extra clips or screws was prompt and generous . The support has been great.

They sent a comprehensive sample kit very quickly, we chose Leatherwood. Yes it gets a little hot in Townsville but so does wood. The product is super strong, there is the initial slight colour dulling then it doesn't change. Impervious to everything, easy to clean and zero maintenance.

I hadnt used Ekodeck before but it went well with a rebuild of my old rotten deck. The boards are easy to cut and fix. The fixing spacers work very well and the deck top went on over 2 days with no problems. It looks great and has a nice finish. I recommend this product.

Easy to install and looks great. Only time will tell if it stands up to the years or floods.

Ordered free sample with ekodeck. Planned my design and layout if achievable. Their installation guides were very helpful. Very easy to install. Only thing is you have to double check everytime you cut as there is no room for error. Highly recommended especially if price would be competitive to other composite decks in the market.
