Award winning B&B and so deserving of the accolades. We have stayed on three occasions and Sharon’s service, attention to detail and the generous supply of provisions is outstanding. The location on the waterfront at Port Albert is fabulous too and so tranquil.

Cant wait to go back here, only it will be for longer than three nights. Our Host Sharon was brilliant, the room was stocked with dips, cheese , toasties , nibbles and drinks. Sharon gave us a list of great places to visit. The Angus falls in not to be missed. Best fish, Scollops , Prawns and chips 50 metres from our room. This place is a must stay.

WOW! What a supurb location to relax and be pamped. Studio one is situated at the front of the B and B and has wonderful views of the pier and water. We were delighted to meet host Sharon as we settled in for our overnight stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The room had everything we needed and more, and special attention has been paid to quality fittings and furniture, and a fidge packed with complimentary goodies. We'd love to come back soon.

Boat Harbour BnB is fantastic. Modern, clean, comfortable bed, plenty of space, wonderful views of the harbour, walking distance to everything and the sumptuous continental breakfast and snacks are amazing.
Sharon is an excellent host too, always responsive, friendly and helpful.

Wow! What a great place to stay. The apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and lots. Nice view of the harbour. Sharon is a really kind host!

The village itself is really quiet, but there are two restaurants. The area offers a lot of stuff to do.

We spent a weekend here in March. We were thrilled with our choice. The room was modern and stylishly appointed, with all possible amenities provided. Despite one guest having dietary restrictions, Sharon went out of her way to ensure that there were many options for snacks and breakfast. And the location! Such a beautiful, quiet spot, just a two minute walk from the headland, a great spot to watch the sun set. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

At $280/night it's pricing is well up there, but to offset the $$$$ spent it offers a lot of F&B goodies, (very inclusive) incl a bottle of vino, but hard to use them all in a one nighter.
The room was wonderful with a lots of ammenities and a super large bathroom. Plus a really decent view, and we just loved the location and ambience of the Port Albert area. Did a section of the Chris Robinson walking trail which was lovely. Local Fish & Chips recommended.
The online agency we booked with didnt adequately explain the policy that cooking in the room was not allowed, but it didnt matter as had planned to go the fish n chipper anyway........but what if we stayed another night?

What a great experience. From the moment we walked into the studio we felt comfortable. The room was immaculate and had everything that one would require with great views of the ocean to sit, watch and relax. There were high quality snacks and drinks provided along a continental breakfast. If you're looking for a little weekend getaway, or a weeks stay by the ocean, I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

We stayed here for three nights on a winter holiday and it was absolutely lovely. I have never stayed anywhere else with such fantastic, friendly service. Incredible attention to detail- the room/unit was equipped with everything you could possibly need in terms of kitchen utensils, toiletries, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, and heaps of complimentary snacks, drinks, and of course breakfast provisions. It was modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. There was a king size bed, comfortable couch, large TV, table and chairs, well equipped kitchenette, and spacious bathroom. The proprietor, Sharon, was very approachable and accommodating, and made us feel welcome and well looked after. Port Albert is a small town but has a beautiful view of the water and lovely path to walk along the beach. Not too far from Wilson's Prom and other places of interest.

From the minute we booked, Sharon was amazing. She sent through local attractions & places to eat and her communication was great.
The room itself was super clean and well appointed. The shower - OMG, you'll love it! Our studio (3) had a lovely view of the water from the kitchen table and front deck. Eating breakfast & enjoying lovely coffee while watching the sun coming up over the water was beautiful.
Going above and beyond, we were blown away by the fact they had supplied us with not only breakfast items, but drinks, muffins, dips and chips. I've never seen hospitality as thoughtful as this. And, if we needed anything, all we had to do was ask.
Walking along the water was a tad fresh in Winter so we can't wait to come back in the warmer weather to stay again.
If I could rate this place (especially for the hospitality) more than 5 stars, I would!

We enjoyed four wonderful days in immaculate and comfortable accomodation.
Sharon provides a customer focussed experience that is friendly and ensured that our stay was enjoyable.
The extensive range of provisions (the blueberry muffins were to die for!) really went above and beyond the norm.
We will definitely be back.

We have just had the pleasure of staying at the Boat Harbour B&B in Port Albert with very friendly hosts Mark and Sharon.

The accommodation is new, spacious and well equipped. Excellent views of the harbour from all apartments, but there is a sense of privacy from the other apartments with the design layout of the complex.

Port Albert is a real traditional old fishing hamlet, but it’s nice to have a modern and comfortable space after a tiring day exploring.

Mark and Sharon have good local knowledge about local eateries and even fishing tips and fishing spots.

If you’re after a relaxing and comfortable stay without the usual overcrowded tourist bustle, this is the town and the abode.

Stayed at this lovely B&B overnight on a recent work trip and was pleasantly surprised.
Clean, modern and new rooms that are well stocked with delicious local foods.
Furnishings were tasteful with high quality towels and linen.
The owners were very polite and clearly belong in the industry.

Where do I even begin? The moment we made the booking, Sharon sent through a list of local interests and eat out places. On the way, we were in the car in the pouring raining at 11 am wondering what to do for the next 3 hours till check in time..Sharon kindly sent a message saying our room is ready and we can check in now. Upon arrival, we started to notice surprises after surprises. It is clear that when this little accommodation was built, the hosts either have owner occupied mindset or wanting to provide the best experience for their customers. The attention to detail is meticulous. USB power outlets, all the interior lights are dimmable, nighlight in the bathroom, power board at each side of the bed, Smeg appliances, new furnitures, just to name a few. That afternoon was cold and rainy, we were very happy to stay inside having snacks provided, read the book and watch a TV that actually can cast my phone (numerous accommodations I stayed have so called smart TV and cannot bother to connect it with wifi), and admire the harbour from inside. The bed is so comfortable, with
a proper mattress, not those cheap ones you find in other accommodations that will make a wave when you move your leg just a little. There are 2 pillows! One soft one firm! This is easily the BEST accommodation I have ever stayed in. Don't doubt the reviews you see, you have to be here to understand it. The only issue is now I don't think I will be 100% happy with other places since Sharon raised the bar so hight. Cannot wait to come back! Thanks so much Sharon. Keep the good work!

A delight to find this perfect B & B. The light and views of the pretty harbour vary from the glorious sunrise to the pastels of the evening sunset. Our studio was immaculately presented, every detail attended to, with every provision we could want. Our host was charming, helpful and unobtrusive. What a gem.

This place and its nice hosts is a real gem in this area. I can testify to all the good reviews that previous guests have written here but the experience was even better. Sharon and her family provided a 5-star accommodation and complement it with amazing hospitality.
