Best price on Childcare First Aid course, smooth process online and amazing in-person workshop. Kudos to my workshop facilitator Elssy, she was super passionate about delivering an engaging workshop. She made it interesting, relevant, fun and effective. This made a huge difference to the enjoyment and learning experience as the content can be pretty dry.

The training and in person assessments were great and very well structured. My instructor was Manisha and she did a wonderful job and kept things entertaining. The only problems I ran into was with their online customer support. They took very long to get back to me regarding my inquiries. They have informed me that they are working to improve their online and mobile communications. Overall, I highly recommend this organization’s services.

My first time doing the course first aid course for Childcare, and it was great to do it with this company. The training modules online were extremely informative and easy to navigate. My in person trainer Chris was so informative clearly with a long experience and was able to give us advice applicable in practical situations. Overall, would definitely be coming back for my refresher.
