I have been here a few times recently with different friends who have each bought rugs, at very reasonable prices. We ourselves were also suitability impressed with the service and range when we were in the need of a new rug. No pushy selling, just good advice. When unsure if we would be able to fit a particular rug in our car we were offered delivery during the salesman's lunch break shortly after. Exceptional service all round.

Excellent service by Nikki! I bought a rug from this store but realised that it was too dark for my taste on getting home. Next day I went back to return the rug and met Nikki. She not only helped me shortlist 2 other rugs but also offered that I bring them home to trial it with my furniture and flooring. I was so pleased with that offer, if I didn't bring the two rugs home, I would have been unsure even of the second rug. Now I look at my rug in my living room and love it every single day!
