I wish to highly recommend the pharmacy, Chemist Outlook Erina. I have been a customer now for several years and I find the staff to always be courteous, professional, friendly and caring. During a horrible period of my covid when I was bedridden for 9 days the staff delivered my meds and other pain relief to my home on a daily need basis. They were extremely kind to me at this time and went above and beyond to ensure that I was OK. I will never forget their kindness.

Great little pharmacy! Staff are always friendly and helpful with anything I need. I sometimes need to organise compounded medication and they can get this organised for me which is very convenient. Parking right out front which is great. Competitive pricing.

Even though I work at a competitor chemist, when I have had to duck in because I have forgotten something the staff have been wonderful and friendly. And the pharmacists actually come out and consult with you. Not hidden behind a giant shelf.

Zero personalised service!

I am a regular customer with a regular and sizeable purchase of prescription medication . But no effort from anyone particularly the chemist to keep the business .
The other day a particular item was on order for me and I was told that it will arrive on Monday . There was total confusion when I went there on Wednesday: it was not there and they promised to ‘re-order’ . No apologies and no offer to call me when it arrives! Appalling!

There does not appear to be any shortage of staff . But the store lacks the right people who understands good business and want to keep it!

Disgusting prices for scripts, on 11/04/22 had 3 scripts made up at this oulet and questioned the price at the register to be told the price is correct, when i arrived home and checked what i normally pay i realised i had been charged approx double for each of the medications. I sent an email and left feedback on their website about this and quoted the price i normally pay at Chemist Warehouse and no one has bothered to contact me to explain how they can justify charging so much.

I have also just noticed that one of the medications will be out of date before i can finish the quantity of tablets, If no one bothers to contact me after this i will be reporting them to consumer affairs.

VERY expensive on script meds. Usually pay $8.99 for generic medication they charge $19.99 for the same generic meds.
