Excellent Service and lovely shop: I purchased a water fountain in July 2021 with same day delivery and installation, and it has been used regularly and enjoyed.
Over 2.5 years later last week, the tube came off inside the fountain. I rang the Bali shop and within a few days the fountain was repaired by Elliot and with no charge - very reassuring as I am on an aged pension and was not able to fix this myself.

I absolutely love this shop! Lots of beautiful statues, furniture, art work, and everything else Bali. The staff are lovely and the prices are great. I always enjoy visiting and inevitably leave with more than intended...I can't resist!

Fantastic place to buy variety of Indian, Balinese and Asian furniture, frames, outdoor features and water features. Very friendly and supportive staff. Prices are reasonable.

Interesting shop located on a large lot in the industrial part of Carrum Downs.
Lots of car parking, with products on display inside and outside the main building.
Its a Bali theme but there are plenty of other themes present there as well. I was there for the Easter Island statues.
Onsite toilets that cater for disabled people, wheel chair friendly, practises a Covid safe environment with Covid QR check-in at front entrance.

A huge place to find a wide variety of Balinese treasures and the prices were also quite reasonable. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Bought a day bed from the Bali shop a few months back with ease. They have a beautiful selection it was hard to choose. The staff are great and anticipate help when needed as supposed to hover. Delivery was organised cheap and quickly. Due to my poor measuring we didn’t get it through the door dispite the guys giving it a good go, we got it over the fence and it looks a treat on our back porch.

This shop is absolutely AMAZING! So much to choose from and it's all fantastic! The owners were so friendly and helpful. The furniture we bought has transformed our backyard. I can't wait to go back. Just need to save some more cash. Thanks guys!
