I got my nipples pierced by Jess last week and she was amazing!
Super friendly and professional, she talked me through the whole process and triple checked to make sure everything was perfect. I’m stoked with them so far, couldn’t recommend her enough!!

I am a new mum and had booked an appointment for a bit of self care! Unfortunately just before my appointment my childcare fell through - which meant I showed up with my 6 week old. Jess was unbelievably accommodating and showed me so much warmth. I had expected I’d be turned away- but instead she made adjustments to the room to fit my pram, dealt with multiple interruptions from my newborn who needed to be held and settled through my appointment. She was a total superstar and truly made my day. Highly recommend!

Thank you to the wonderful Jane at Essential Beauty Southlands who not only did an amazing job with the treatment, but took such good care of me. I was extremely nervous as it was my first wax after having surgery and Jane went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and catered to my needs with sensitivity in working around my scar. I went in with my son to get his ear pierced. The girls were fabulous and very helpful. They explained everything we needed to know. The salon was spotless. I'll definitely be back for more treatments.

I recently went into essential beauty Southlands and was lucky enough to have Sasha as my beauty therapist. All the staff at Southlands are super friendly and helpful but Sasha in particular was so welcoming and professional throughout my entire treatment. I was really nervous about going in to get a piercing but Sasha was so lovely and highly experienced, that the nerves went away super quick. I would highly recommend to anyone and particularly booking in with Sasha, she’s amazing!

I came in to get my ear re pierced the girls were very helpful explaining aftercare and the do’s and dont’s for my new piercing. I also had some questions about skin care and the girls really helped me out and made me feel comfortable.

Great salon & great service. Sasha is always looking after my brows & got me onto ASAP skincare which has my skin looking really good. Have recommended to many family & friends.

I went in to get my belly pierced by Jo, she was so professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I have gotten many piercings done before and Jo was definitely the best therapist I’ve had and you could tell she enjoyed what she was doing which made me feel so reassured during the whole process. I love the way it turned out!

I went to Southlands essential beauty and was treated by Olivia. I was super nervous as I have never had a Brazilian wax before, but she made me feel so comfortable, she spoke to me the whole time & was super gentle. You can tell she’s been working with wax for years, she leaves no bumps and the pain is minimal. I would highly recommend attending this salon for your beauty services and I will definitely be back again.

I had my laser done here by Jess and Sasha they were extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable the entire time, the store is extremely clean and will definitely be back !

I had my first laser hair removal today and Jenna did an absolutely amazing job! I felt super comfortable and it didn’t hurt at all! It was a really great experience and I can’t wait to come back next time! :)
