Roxy was so quick and lovely with my nose piercing. I 100% recommend her. I have had my nose pierced a few times now and this was definitely the least painful of them all.

We returned last week for my 4 year old to get hers done and the Mrs made a last minute decision to get her nose done.

The ladies here are fantastic to deal with and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others.

After years of not using this store i decided to give them a go again as close to home. Im so glad i did right from the start i LOVED my experience here. Had eyebrow wax and a nose piercing. Most beautiful and best place I’ve been to, staff extremely friendly would highly recommend and will definitely return any time when ever required. 1000/10. Amazing atmosphere.

My experience there was great ! They were attentive, kind and very professional. I was very nervous to receive my first wax, but my therapist was very gentle and patient and made it a good experience for me, would recommend :).

I went into the salon this morning to get my eyebrows waxed and it was awesome! I would highly recommend them as it was clean, efficient and the lady was super lovely (I can't remember her name, sorry!). My eyebrows look great! I will definitely be returning.

I did a 30mins facial with Josh and it was not only relaxing but educationational. The staff is really friendly and informative. I will definitely going for my next treatment there.

I usually feel awkward when I have my underarms waxed but Tracy was so conversational that I was (surprisingly) comfortable. First time here and she also gave info about their laser treatments and a bit of its benefits. ;) Had a bit of red bumps after but gone in a few hours.

I had 3 piercings today at Westfield Carousel location today by a trainee, I found the service as professional, quick & friendly the young girl done a great job(sorry I forgot her name). I did read the reviews before going in & to anyone who maybe had a bad experience I would recommend giving them another go I don't think you'd be disappointed.

I came here few weeks back and got my ear buds changed from this place. The staff was very friendly towards their customers. Especial thanks to Raman who helped me to choose ear buds and replaced the existing ear buds for me. My overall experience was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
