If you want truly custom wardrobes, don't waste time looking anywhere else. The customer service provided the whole way through the process was excellent. We were quite particular about what we wanted to achieve, with a difficult space and asked for a number of changes throughout the design and quote stage. Nothing was too hard and Kendall went above and beyond to explain everything, make amendments to the draft drawings and ensure we were happy. The quality and finish of the product and install was fantastic. The carpenter Peter was experienced and professional.
We particularly liked the fact that the final bill was to be paid "as soon as you're happy with it". We paid Packers as soon as Peter packed up his tools and left.
We will use Packers in the future for any kitchen, bathroom or wardrobe additions or renovations.

Delivered exactly what we asked for at a very competitive price. We were listened to at every stage, offered advice and alternatives, quote came the next day with an estimated install week. I had two built in robes installed by Packers about 18 months ago. They were very helpful in meeting my ideas for something to suit my 1930s house. Nothing was too hard in suggesting designs. The install took two days and were no issues with the tradie who fitted out my hallway and bedroom. Price wise they were very reasonable and came about 20% lower than one of their competitors. Very happy.

Had some new wardrobe doors installed - width had to suit original wardrobe internals. Completely changed the appearance of the bedroom. Fit perfectly and looked exactly like the picture they gave us when quoting. Happy with the price and very happy with the doors.

Having had two recent installations, a Walk In Robe & a Laundry room, my wife & I can’t praise Packers enough. The products are of a high standard & both rooms now look amazing. Richard, our installer, was very professional. His attention to detail was excellent & he left everything clean & tidy. I had two Packers wardrobes quoted in early 2017. I went ahead with one of them at the time and have been very impressed with the product and the service. Since then I've just had the second one installed, some 12 months later, still a great product and service. I recently had a large walk in robe fitted. April was very professional and came up with some great ideas and Richard installed everything perfectly. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and I can’t recommend Packers highly enough. We are planning a future bathroom renovation and will certainly be using Packers again for shower screens.

I bought a Packer wardrobe around 5 years ago for the house I was renovating. Just recently I had an issue with the mirror in the door coming loose, I called them up and they sent some one over within within a few days and had taken the door away. They replaced everything and came back and fitted it AT NO COST!!! I could not be happier with their service even 5 years after buying it.

A truly flawless experience. Aleksia was just amazing. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Aleksia designed the dressing room with so much passion and love, it felt like she was doing it for her own home!
