It's such a cool place to visit. Super friendly receptionist and gave lots of facts about the place. Gold coin donation to enter, and you could also tap your card. There is so much to see and do inside. Arts and crafts, cool things, and nothing disappoints. Highly recommended.

If you can appreciate all things nature, go and have a look at the Forest Discovery Centre.
I'm new to Perth and always looking for history and understanding the beautiful lands of Noongar nations.
I even met a kangaroo on my walk around the grounds.
Plenty for kids to play in nature, and some gorgeous photo opportunities to capture a sneaky learning into a family holiday.

Nice quiet and educational place, I enjoyed the easy trail, saw some kangaroos. Canopy view from the top of the viewing platform is great, peaceful.

We rushed to the Forest Discovery Centre 5 minutes before it’s closing time when my husband realised that this was the same place he’d bought our beloved wooden fruit bowl over twenty years ago.
Met a very kind and understanding staff, Megan, who let us roam around and patiently explained what we could do although she was packing up to go home.
Met a wonderful and talented artist on site too. Jennie was very friendly too and showed us some stuff that was an eye-opener to us.
Afterwards we enjoyed a lovely walk on the trails around the centre.

It's closed in Christmas and New Year season. But it is still a fantastic site to visit in the Marri Forrest. We really love their concept of connecting community, nature, art and aboriginal culture ! Will be back again to visit when their workshop is on 👍👍!

Bought some coasters and the staff were exceptionally helpful in shipping them up to me in Perth. Brilliant communication from both Cara and Megan, wonderful quality items. Highly recommend purchasing from their online store or visiting in person.

Volunteers are very happy and helpful, gift shop has some great stuff in there including art from first nations artists and the tree top walk is great. Bring gold coin per person or tap to pay for entry

This place is hidden in the trees. It is self funded and has a really lovely tree walk that includes steps up into the trees. I really enjoy just being at peace with nature.

What a fantastic centre and addition to Dwellingup.
Very friendly and informative stall.
A great artist in residence, so great that we left with some artwork.

A hidden gem. The treetop walk, while not as extensive as the one in Denmark, is a lot of fun. The information area has some excellent resources for kids and adults and the resident artists make some amazing things (though not cheap).

A stunning facility. Beautiful setting. Plenty for kids to do. Great courses for weekenders. In house artists and their large array of crafts. A historical centre as well guides for tour groups. I did a knife making course over three days. Accommodation for school groups. This place has got everything!

We really enjoyed our visit to this centre. Very informative with plenty to do. The riding horse maker is amazing. The entry fee is very reasonable and we'll worth paying.
