Attention WOMEN: Excellent, professional and non-patronising service. Kevin and George and the Pedders team explain things clearly - how and why the parts are necessary to maintain a safe handling car. The rota arms quote I received was fair and they discounted my wheel alignment because I had previously bought brakes. They stuck to the agreed timeframe for the repair/fitting and went through what had been done. Pedders staff here have a thorough knowledge of all makes and models. Convenient location not far from Anzac Highway and Richmond Rd. Highly recommended!

Kevin and James were very helpful in repairing some damaged camber adjusters that I inherited on my Ranger. The work done by Kevin was flawless and the customer service was great. Would definitely recommend bringing your car or 4WD to Pedders Keswick.

Last week i took my Ford Focus to Pedders due to some front end suspension issues, after taking it to multiple places prior who were unable to detect any issues, Pedders found the issue straight away and emailed photos of the issue prior to replacing. The service was amazing, all the guys there were really helpful- highly recommend them.

George looked after me with some shocks and brake pads for my subaru forester. The difference in the new shocks is amazing and can comfortably take my camper trailer off road with loads of clearance for car and camper.

After a very stressful trip from Sydney to Adelaide just after Christmas, with our Toyota Aurion rear suspension causing all sorts of problems on the road - the guys at Keswick were more than happy to investigate the issue for us and fit us in at short notice to have the rear suspension upgraded to be more suitable for the loads we were carrying, and then again the following week before we were due to leave for home, to fix a second issue we identified. Our return trip to Sydney was very comfortable and stress-free thanks to the prompt and friendly service from the team at Pedders Keswick.

As a car enthusiast, I took my 2009 Mazda 3 MPS there a few weeks ago for an alignment and to diagnose some suspension issues I thought I was having. The team was incredibly helpful in doing exactly what I needed.

Long overdue review. Just before xmas 2021 I put my Ford Territory in to have a good look over for the eventual rear cradle drop and all my bushes and bits replaced. The team went above and beyond to make sure all the tricky bits were inspected and quoted for. The pricing was very competitive for the work that they did and 6 months later the car still feels great. Best Pedders I've been too - do recommend

Extremely happy with the efforts that Kevin and the crew at Pedders Keswick put in. Not only did they do a vehicle check and axle/gvm weights on my 80 series, but they made a custom suspension package to sort my needs and rectify some concerns. All done in the same day and having access to parts so quickly with the werehouse next door made it an efficient and time friendly Install, all finished with a great wheel alignment.

After 2 not really good services from other workshops we finally found the guys who understand cars. My husband and I were doing road trip from Perth to Sydney, did 2wheels alignments in 1 month, lucky us we found George and Kevin, they helped us a lot, they even checked the stuff other 2 services did, to make sure we will drive safe, apparently to tighten all bolts and screws is not standard job in every service.

These guys were great. Helped us out when we needed emergency shock absorbers upgraded. We were leaving SA the next morning and they were wonderful and fit us in that morning, even though they had a really busy day ahead anyway. Much appreciated and got home safely with the 23ft caravan we were towing.

Kevin and his team at Pedders were absolutely amazing - solved a towing problem by putting in new springs and shockers in my Ford XR6 so we can tow our new caravan safely. We were so impressed by the professional, friendly service, the thorough digital measuring and calculations to find the best solution, the teamwork shown by the staff and the efficiency with which the work was done. We took the car and van in for them to inspect and the job was completed that same day. Also it was nice as a woman to be treated with respect from the initial phone call through to pick up. The attention to detail and little extras were much appreciated. We would highly recommend Kevin and his team at Pedders, Keswick to you. Great job guys! Thank you so much.

Great service. Went in for a $28 suspension checkup after developing a clunk in my front end. Josh diagnosed and fixed the clunk as well as tightening almost every bolt under the car (suspension and non suspension related) and fixed some clamps too. This is whilst explaining all the components and how to service them so I didn't have issues in the future. All this for no extra charge. All around good experience with the guys down there. Would recommend to anyone.
