We are from Kalgoorlie and bought a vanity and glass top as well as crystal bowls from this business. Six months later we were getting it installed when the plumber told us it was faulty. After contacting Kelly from the store and sending photos and a copy of the receipt she arranged for another glass top to be sent to us within a few days. She was very helpful. Will definitely go back to this store

I’ve have renovated 2 bathrooms & used Bathrooms decor products both times. The staff had plenty of time for us choosing our products from two different stores & it was a fairly easy & a fun process , I called into see chris at Osbourne park this week & again, he was very helpful & had the Tap I was looking for. Lot's of choice

Arguably the best range of basins in Perth, great customer service from Sebastian, excellent range of tiles and fittings but beware, they have a quaint 20% restock fee if you wish to return a fitting. Apparently it is on the invoice, but as you don't get an invoice until sale completed, you wont know. Cost me 47.00 even though I spent a further 149.00 in store. Very disappointed and wont go back . Would have earnt 5 stars if this had not been the case. Beware!!

Bought a Wall Mounted 1200 Bathroom Cabinet. Services was good, however when unpacked the vanity it didn't have anything included to mount it too the wall!! Even IKEA items come will all the brackets/screws and tools. A bit disappointed

Bought a shower screen and other bathroom items for over $4.5k from the Joondalup Store. Had to wait for three months for the builder to install as they are all so busy at the moment. The Joondalup store has since ceased trading. Wrong screen ordered but they would not restock the unopened item as it was over three months old and from a different branch. Very unhelpful over the phone and refused to help. They just kept repeating that they would not restock items over three months old. I have now had to buy another shower screen from elsewhere and am looking to loose a lot of money on this one by selling it privately. Will never use these people again. Keen to take your money and very unhelpful if anything is wrong with the order. Other bathroom stores are much more helpful and also better value.

I chose this store as I am from the country and it is a one stop shop so convenient. Everything went well until I encountered a problem. I had to ring several times for every issue and was promised return calls that never came. A floor drain worth $330 that was too large and still in box would not be refunded. A stone bench top I ordered for an under-mount sink was supposedly cut for a drop in sink. I was told I never asked for an under-mount even though I have it on plans I showed the staff and discussed plumbing to suit. The bench was put in place and tiled when it was discovered that one edge was not polished and sink did not even fit in as an above mount. All had to be removed and rushed to Perth at my cost to a stone cutter I sourced who was willing to re-cut before he started work so I could get it back for my builders in time and not loose them to another job. After several more un-returned phone calls I rang again explaining what happened and requesting the $150 it cost me to cut bench and not a cent extra for tiles, labor, travel and other issues encountered due to their mistake. I was told I was repeating myself, I didn't allow them the opportunity to rectify it and that they would supply me with the number for consumer affairs should I want it and then they hung up on me. I was repeating myself in the fact that I was explaining why I needed to go elsewhere to have it cut in a hurry and before their office was open. When it was discovered it wasn't under-mount they offered to have it cut and replaced within the week but as I needed to retain my workmen I decided to put it in as above mount and they kept confusing these too issues and their offer to help with the first. I was told it was an above mount so therefore I would presume it would be safe to fit and tile and the sink should fit. I have never written a review in my life or do I get annoyed easily, however this was the most unprofessional and discourteous interaction I have ever been involved in. I even had to chase up the $150 once it was promised. Never again.
