Nobody on site, had to clean the filters in the dryers, didn't have to worry about coins, tap your card to pay so easy and washing powder supplied with every wash.
My sister had a companion pup with her on a lead on her lap, the worker arrived while we were there not happy the minute she walked in the door, she wasn't hostile but her manner wasn't welcoming, she told us not to bring the dog in future, and proceeded to put a hand written sign up in block letters NO DOGS ALLOWED. If the signage was there in the first place we wouldn't have gone in. But what do people do who have companion dogs or seeing eye dogs.
I've given the 2 stars for the machines not needing coins or powder, we were lucky she was there when 2 machines didn't finish the full spin cycle, she used her card and the machine washed our clothes again, but you need to have someone who is there more than the 15mins she popped in and out. Left us feeling cross with her attitude.

I am short on time so this place usually saves some by cutting out the need for coins. This day I came, the door was open, the lights were on but all the machines were turned off at the mains power. Business tip: you can't make money if your machines aren't on 🙄. So I had to go get money to go elsewhere ( on ironman day with no parking in the CBD) and pray the other laundrette were nice enough to avail their change machine today.

The launderette might be clean, but the dryers are ridiculous. Never spent so much money to get a single dryer done. Won’t come back.

I never do reviews , but this time I felt it was needed , I don’t want others going through the same experience and losing money unnecessarily..I had been once before a couple of years ago and it was ok ..it was convenient.. I went yesterday as wanted to wash 2 mattress protectors with the idea of a bigger machine so a more thorough and clean wash and would take them home to dry ...So I’d use 2 machines at same time ..was I wrong !! absolutely disgusted in this laundromat ..it was filthy, the washing machines seemed faulty ?? After losing $14 and 2 different machines I thought I’d give it 1 last try on a 3rd machine ..before I unload machine and drive elsewhere..another $ 7 ..yay.. it worked , I wasn’t prepared to try another machine and the loss of more money ,so waited till it finished to do the 2nd load..have to say I’m not sure how good it was , they didn’t have a clean smell and couldn’t see suds or water in machine !!! I did ring the number on wall as there was obviously a problem at the time and got an answering machine that said they would ring me back..I left a message , my name and my phone number and I’m still waiting !!! I definitely won’t go back again ..

Washing machine broke half way through the cycle, took multiple dryer loads to dry the clothes. The machines and floors are filthy.

Worst laundromat ive ever used. Change machine doesn’t work, machines take extra money and don’t give change, clothes are still dirty, I had one of the dryers going for an hour and clothes are still soaking wet. I’ve been here for three hours now wish I read the reviews before coming here.

Don't go may look clean an ice machines do not work just take plenty of money off you had to wash my clothes twice just to tried to get them clean enough to be able to wear man next to me was Furious he's didn't get washed he walked off with his put mine in the dryer something that should take 40 minutes to dry at the longest talk just about 2 hours and cost me a fortune will never go there ever again the machines are set to give the absolute minimum water for cleaning they can a laundry mat just to make money avoid there are another 3 a little further down in the same area highly advised to go to those

Worst laundry! Pay 6$ to wash and your clothes are still dirty. Pay 1$ for 8mn of dryer but after more than 1 hour your clothes are still wet! 6 machine out of 12 were out of order. A joke!

Suggestion: don't ever come here

Garbage, can't add your own soap and have to rely on their liquid soap, my wash came out smelling awful, machines don't spin well and the dryers are just a money grab as theres hardly any heat, $12 and my washing is still quite wet, sorry but I won't be attending again.
