A problem we had, was quickly fixed by fantastic courteous knowledgeable management, Lino and staff. We needed new taps.He showed us the extensive range stocked & suggested a tap. We had it installed! So pleased we went back for 4 more!
Fabulous well stocked showroom, we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Nothing comes near the canning vale store. Good old fashioned service, difficult to find these days. Thanks Parkwood plumbing.

I’ve always been happy with Parkwood Plumbing service. Earlier this week I called in to buy a replacement kitchen mixer and a new under sink water filter. In both cases I was shown their current specials which were explained to me. I was very happy with what was on offer and saved well over $200. Today I went in there to buy a stop valve to replace a 10 year old malfunctioning one and was served by a different person who had no knowledge of my having been in there a couple of days previously. Even though I couldn’t say that the old valve came from there, they made the assumption that it did and gave me a replacement one free. With a smile. Brilliant service.

I had an old Caroma Camelot sink from 1997 crack and require replacing. In its day it was a big sink being 580mm wide. Spoke with Lino (Store Manager) who advised that they still had a couple of these sinks still in stock. At 3.30pm on a Monday I left Churchlands to make Parkwoods’s closing time and advised by Lino not to rush, that he would wait for me to arrive. When I arrived he had the sink ready and set me up with a set of taps and a new pop down sink waste. The plumber was able to install the sink the next day, as I returned to my mine site work the next day and the wife and kids had a bathroom sink again. You don’t get service like that from the Big Shed. Lino that for your assistance and I can’t recommend Parkwood Plumbing highly enough.

We have just renovated both our bathroom and ensuite, we came across Parkwood Plumbing Centre for the latter fixture and fitting supplies. Chalk and cheese experience compared to our purchase experience at the other plumbing centre supplier for our bathroom. We mainly dealt with Amanda at Parkwood Plumbing Centre who gave really excellent and knowledgeable customer service, and also kept us up to speed re supply of the products. We would highly recommend Parkwood Plumbing Centre as a one stop shop for quality products and service.

I had a broken spout on one of my double basin sets that I purchased from Parkwood plumbing years ago and Lino gave me a replacement to try to see if it would fit. The part fit perfectly but the profile was had changed over the years so it did not match with the other spout. I asked Lino if I could purchase another spout and also 4 pin handles to replace some that had worn over the years. Lino went out of his way to not only get me the parts but also replace them under warranty. Thanks for the wonderful service from Lino and the team at Parkwood Plumbing. The Service I have received has been Excellent. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful with choosing products. Also 12 months on and An item needed replacing. Leno was so good at dealing with my enquiry.He was efficient and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the service I have received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone who needs to Renovate or build.

This is the kind of after-sales service you expect! Almost two years ago we bought a couple of showers from Parkwood. They were pretty expensive at about $230 each. One of them started spraying upwards as well as downwards a month ago so I phoned Parkwood. They were very helpful. They found my account on their system, asked me to email some pics of the problem, then they contacted the supplier of the shower head. The supplier phoned me the next day, got my mailing details and they mailed out a new shower head. It arrived a couple of days later. Very impressive--just like it should be.
