Repco Auto Parts Halls Head

Visited the store for the first time as Repco was having a one day sale.
The staff were friendly. I had to return the next day as the product was faulty. It was exchanged without any issues

Bre was amazing today, she provided all the items neccessary and gave me instructions on how to fix my broken mud guards on my car. She definitely offered me an Outstanding Customer Service Experience, thank you so much Bre, you are awesome. I will be back to this branch of Repco next time I need something for my car. 🥰

Blake was legend helping me out with the problems I had with my zd 30 cooking itself helping me find the right parts and giving me some technical tips what a legend🤘

The guy that helped me out on Saturday (18/02/23) was AWESOME!

Wanted a microfibre towel to dry my 200 series and this guy talked me through all and each one of the microfibre towels to get me the best one for my vehicle! Service was a 10/10! Such a helpful and positive staff!!

Hubby and I brought a set of roof racks for his navara yesterday and was served by a wonderful young man I think his name was Christian, anyway when we got them home they didn't fit so we took them back today and as soon as we walked in Christian recognized us said hello and assisted us in finding another set of roof racks that fitted correctly. Christian went above and beyond and made our experience from start to finish awesome...we need more people like him in customer service...👍

Repco in general is the best place to shop for your mechanical needs and advice. This store has the added advantage of a longstanding and outstanding team member from the Mandurah branch, that always provides exactly what you need as promptly as is possible politely no matter how busy the shop is. She has an excellent knowledge of mechanical issues and has often saved me a lot of time and expense just on what she has picked up in her long standing career with Repco. I hope Repco will also acknowledge the value she is to not just the store but to the name REPCO.
