Marketing success
Smooth stress free service. We went in backing out agent and relied on Jules and his marketing campaign. We entered a changing (falling) market over night but still felt reasonably confident after talking to Jules. We were advised to spend money on advertising including a video of the property which was outstanding.
We had an offer within 6 weeks and the negotiation process was smooth and successful for both parties.
