Streamline Plumbing

Today two very polite gentlemen fixed mine & my neighbors drain/pipes, digging trenches laying heavy duty pipe all the way from the backyard, down the side of my driveway to the street done a fantastic job! There dedication & high standards prove they are a asset to there company. I didn't catch there names which was my mistake. I live in Salisbury park & I will recommend the company any time. Amazing service from Phil who came out to fix our blocked drain. He was friendly and professional and we are so happy he was able to get everything clear again. Highly recommend.

not sure of his name- he was a deaf man but had no problems communicating to me and did a great job, also the plumber who came out last night and again this morning to unblock our toilet you have very good workers

Hot water service replaced well. Mess expected . Plumber using toilet to do a massive dump unexpected. Hot water working well

I can only say 2, for there were errors made.
But the young man was just that, young.
He came back, though, and I so appreciated that.

ORDER. TANK CLEANING, REPLACE BROKEN DOWNPIPE ,CLEAN GUTTERS. Simple one would think. Scott turned up at 10 to 4pm I would love to put a breathalyser on the kid. He couldn't stand straight and was slurring his words.his breath was like a distillery. He said he will remove the Tank I don't need such a big tank. He asked several times is this the tank tap. He was looking at it. He said you dont need it. I replied there is nothing wrong with the tank you are not removing it. You have No need to charge housing such a huge un necessary account and rip up my beautiful garden in the process.
Do you want this big metal tank for your beach house. It needs to be filtered and cleaned. He said the water is fine. No the water is stagnant and you can smell it. He said he would organise the filter process and drove off. No mention of the other jobs. Next thing all jobs cancelled. My advocate had them re listed. Meanwhile I am purchasing water. Our tap water is smelling of chlorine. Riley turned up again 10 mins before knock off time. He walked on the property like he owned the place. Entitled attitude. He said the tank. Snapped a photo of the tank tap and said we don't clean tanks. I replied yes u do this is a priority 2 and a health hazard. He walked off to speak to his supervisor.
He was "twitchy" when he returned he said ill get the guys to do this. Again no mention of the other jobs.
I said we have been here before why hasn't the order advanced from this stage. He became very " twitchy". I said don't take it personally but this needs to be attended to. Then boom! He was "wired:" he started to walk away. I called out excuse me we are having a conversation. I'm talking to you. No response. I said so you are walking away we need to discuss this please. Then he yelled I've done it what the ##### more do you want. I called out "don't return. Riley got in his van and drove off like a shower of sugar. I would have liked to swab this one for drugs.
This was all witnessed. My advocate locked the front gates and phoned streamline plumbing to reported the incident. The guy was ok and said he will report to manager. I will not tolerate this in my home at my age and illness. Enough is enough.
Both boys were rude aggressive disrespectful and wanted to take out something that is working fine. The tank is in mint condition for its age. It has been looked after. Their unstable behaviour threatened my home. I rang housing manager but no call back. The housing manager here is fair. I have done 80% of the maintenance on this place at my own expense but can no longer do this due to finance. After much consideration the incident was reported to police. As Riley displayed violent mood changes. Police too were concerned and agreed we don't need anyone to return here and set a fire or steal a vehicle. His actions instilled fear.
I do not want this company to return.
These people are a disgrace Be careful that they don't turn on you and hurt you. Seriously a waste of precious government money.They should not have the contract.They should not be paid for the visits here.
It does not give me pleasure to write this.

Really upset with Streamline after a visit. The whole interaction was far from professional—left me feeling super disrespected. I'm just asking for a fix to my problem without having to deal with this kind of attitude. If you're not up for the risk of being frequently grossed out, you might want to steer clear of their service. Just saying.

The service manager cancelled our work order for a hot water system and was incredibly rude. she decided to cancel the day before installation. worst company
