Subiaco School of Early Learning

The SOEL team in Subiaco are friendly, professional and excellent at what they do. They are amazing with the kids and work well with parents. Their accounts team is fantastic and their general attitude towards health and safety is great as well. I have 2 kids that attended most of the rooms here over the past 2 years and I have felt comfortable that they are in great hands at every drop off :-)

My daughter has been attending SOEL for 10 months now and it has a special place in her heart. The staff are so genuine and caring, the resources and facilities are wonderful, and the activities are always so thoughtful and supportive of her development. Highly recommend.

Our son attended the School of Early Learning Center at Subiaco twice a week from 11 months, and was definitely a great decision to assist in his development and interaction with other kids. Compared to other schools, their learning tools seem to be more progressive and programs/facilities more modern. Many schools we visited before deciding on SOEL seemed drab and outdated, kids stuck inside all day if the weather was bad, no light, and worse of all no enthusiasm from the staff. SOEL in Subi is the opposite, with secure undercover decks for the young kids to explore and a great team of staff always giving feedback on your child's progress.

You may pay a little extra compared to your local daycare (not much though), but you feel like they have all these little enhancements which make it worthwhile such as, the pictures available on your personal website log-in of your child each day, detailed notes of your child's day or the in-house chef with weekly menu of what your child will be served (although you try and replicate at home, doesn't eat it)

Our son is always in the art studio, playing singing, dancing, reading, never seems board and always a staff member interacting with the kids anytime we drop off or pick up our boy. Before our son moved into the toddlers area, they prepare them by interacting with the bigger kids in the new area, and sleeping in the new room etc. Everything just seems more thought-out, structured and decision making is made by someone educated in the field, which only benefits the children.

That's my two cents.

This is my first job in childcare and it’s the most wonderful centre to work at. I get so much support from management, educators and there are a lot of opportunities for professional development through weekly and weekend of training sessions. I love how slow paced we take the children’s learning to really foster their interests and independence.

My kids absolutely love SOEL. It is a wonderful community, excellent educational program, strong artistic & creative thinking focus and I love that I don't have to make lunches in the morning!

My daughter goes to Soel Subiaco and she loves it. The staff is excellent and they are wonderful with the kids. I entirely recommend them.
