After a major storm event, these guys headed by project manager Cameron Price were simply awesome the way they handled the claims process and managed the build in a quick and efficient manner. the quality of the work and trades people employed were of extremely high standard, surpassing my expectations. Huge thanks to Cameron and the team at Commerce for getting the whole job completed in such a professional and courteous way.

I want to thank CBS and especially Clint and Kylie for all the work and effort they put into arranging my replacement shed after the Easter storms. After a bit of a delay waiting for the shed company to have the shed constructed Clint was continually updating us on the progress and what stage we were at.
When the job finally started there were a very few issues which Clint had resolved quickly and the job was satisfactorily completed.
I would definitely recommend Commerce Building Services and use them again for any further work i need to be done.

Commerce Building Services recently completed some repairs to my home after a break in. They attended the home within a couple of days to view the damage and plan the job, all communication was great and the repairs were actioned fast. When a delay occurred (due to another provider) I was kept updated and Commerce Building Services continued to chase the other provider to ensure our job was a priority. All aspects of the job were completed to a high standard. Our job supervisor Clinton was superb, very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this company to others!

We have had quite a long standing insurance claim (coming on 2 years) at our beautiful property which has been testing on all levels. Through a series of mishaps and mistakes from other builders we put in the very capable hands of Commerce Building Services who came highly recommended. What a blessing this was.

Commerce Building Services was the company our insurance company awarded to do our in-pool glass repair. Bill made contact with us, visited the repair site and organised the right contractors to undertake the job. He kept us updated the whole way and kept us informed on timing and contractor details. He was reassuring and professional. Our repair was not an easy one for him or the contractor to get their heads around, but they perservered and got the job done in the time frame they gave us. CBS are 100% the very best in Qld and the Gold Coast! After a very traumatic time, Clinton deserves every praise and acknowledgement for his professional hard work, caring manner in regards to myself and my son, after our bathroom burnt down. Thieves smashed front door of our shop after hours, I called CBS and one of the directors picked up - not only did he organise to have a replacement (that arrived before QPS) he popped in on his way home to check there was nothing more required. Highly recommended!

After insurance confirmed that our shower leak damage would not be covered by their policy, it was frustrating and stressful knowing what had to be done and in what order, on top of paying for repairs to limit further damage and get our house back in order. Bill Abdou assessed and quoted the scope of work to be done effectively, project managed everyone including cleaning at the end, and answered all our questions. Bill and his trades were professional and friendly. They worked around our WFH requirements and brought the affected areas up to code. We have used CBS twice now and would not hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners.

We had Commerce Building Services rebuild our home, heavily damaged by fire. The whole team was absolutely outstanding during the building process, specifically Bill who took over our build at the tail end.
