I did the 5 hours barista course + 2 hours latte art. Our teacher was really good, we learned a lot and she’s did everything to allow us to improve (specially with the latte art) ! I highly recommend this place for a Barista training !

I was here for doing fun experiment by making coffee.. turned out, it's really a fun class!!! A very good experience, the trainer was very clear by explaning things out.

This course was excellent!
Carven was such a great teacher, she explained things really well and demonstrated everything multiple times.
Everyone got one-on-one help throughout the course. I learnt so much during my day here and I have loads more confidence from when I started.

Went for a basic Barista course last week. The Barista trainer, Bliss is beautiful, energetic and very detail in explaining to us from top to bottom. We have plenty of time for practice and she is really patient showing us the techniques over and over again. Would love to have another session with her for sure. We have breakfast at the café before the class started. The coffee and toastie were good ❤❤❤

I attended the barista course and totally worth it. Special mention to Carven, she was outstanding! She teaches about coffee passionately and takes a generous amount of time to help each student when we are practising with the coffee machine.

Attended the 5 hours barista course and the 2 hours latte art course. Very good and intensive courses. Credit to both trainers. Especially the latte art trainer - Carven, she still keep to teach us and let us try as much as we can even the course time is overrun. 👍🏽

I completed the basic barista course today, a very good focus on the practical side with hands on experience.

To know who is behind this establishment, where it started and how it’s grown just made me adore the course much more!

I read some of the negative reviews before attending and I’m glad I didn’t let them change my decision as they feel out of place now I have personally taken the course.

Fantastic course! Really hands on and had heaps of practice time on the machines, didn’t spend ages sitting and reading from a book. Kahlia was an awesome instructor who explained things really well and I was able to walk away having made a good coffee - Highly recommend this course

Coffee is always great but the toasties alone should make this the go to destination for toasties in Perth

One of the best decision to join the Barista basic course. 👌 Hannah is a great trainer and get us through theory and practical with lots of tips. She gave her best to give us everything she can within 5 hours. It's made me feel like a squirrel trying so hard to squeeze everything into my mouth lol

Strongly suggest to people who loved their coffee and want to get a coffee machine at home and also people who want to start a job as barista. It's give you a general idea of what to expect to work in a Cafe.

Don't miss it. You won't regret. And get yourself a coffee in the Cafe too. It's great. Believe me you don't want to drink the coffee you made during the training.

I enjoyed the 5-hour class that Hannah hosted a few weeks ago. She is patient, professional and passionate about the craft. I would recommend it. If I were to go again, I would opt for a weekday class. I went on a weekend, there were 12 students in total and felt that it was too crowded.

My dad and I did the 5 hour barista course with Hannah and it was amazing! Hannah is such a great teacher, she was engaging, fun and so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this course if you want to learn the basics of pouring the right shot and perfecting your milk. Thanks Hannah!

I have done barista basics and latte art classes in Perth HQ, it was fantastic. Hanna the trainer was very informative and structured, i would compare Hanna to a well-maintained machine gun :) 5 hrs of barista basics felt like 1 hr - so intense and interesting. Recommend it for anyone who wants to learn coffee making for fun or for the industry!

Did the Barista Basics course with Hannah, really fantastic experience. Hannah is an excellent teacher, patient and clear in her explanations. I left feeling like I had a much better understanding of how to make a proper coffee and how to continue to expand my skillset.

I'd strongly recommend Barista HQ for anyone who's looking to get into the industry or even if you just want to learn to make a decent coffee at home. I didn't realise how much I was getting wrong, or how much difference a few tenths of a gram or a couple of seconds can make to the end result!

I would highly recommend the Basic Barista Class. Hannah is an awesome instructor; she’s very friendly, knowledgable and very patient. I went into the course thinking I knew most things about how to make a decent coffee, came out realising all the things I had been doing wrong. The course is a lot of fun, Hannah is very hands on and there’s a lot of practical work which made it very enjoyable!!

Did the Barista Basics course under instructor Hannah. Throughout the full day I felt supported and confident in what I was doing or if I had any questions.

I would highly recommend it for either wanting to go into the industry or brew decent coffee.

The trainer and assessor (Maureen C) it's a passionate of Coffee. His explanation was clearly and focused in important and practicals things about coffee making.
The we had a lot of time to practise and Maureen spend time with everyone.
I recommend this course.

I've bought the 5 hours Barista course from Groupon. I find the course very insightful and informative about coffee making. We did over 5 hours worth of course. The instructor taught us the basic coffee grounds tempering, making black to milk coffee and very basic latte art as well. I strongly recommend if you want a basic knowledge of making coffee from a proper coffee machine!
