I recently took my laptop for thermal paste change and a general clean up. Unfortunately in this process , my laptops keyboard back light was damaged .
Bentech offered to waive off my thermal paste/cleaning charges or they could import my laptops keyboard and fix it for free. I opted to have they keyboard replaced. Fast forward to two months , the keyboard arrived and i went in to have it replaced .
( It was not possible to fix the backlight , so a full keyboard replacement was needed ).
Unfortunately my laptops keyboard was a russian variant and they keyboard that arrived was in English, they keys didn't match etc. Although i was asked by Bentech it I wanted an English keyboard or Russian one that was already there. I went on to opt for the English one.
At the end Bentech gave me a refund of my original thermal paste/cleaning charge.
They did everything at their end to fix things and i appreciate that very much and would recommend them! . They were very professional through out this process.

Cant rate these guys enough. Always there to help and assist you. Quick repairs, and they keep you up to date with everything, completely transparent. Amazing customer service and extremely fair prices. Will be coming back again. Thanks guys.

Bought a second hand Lenovo laptop from Bentech and had a great experience. They were flexible and let me put it on lay-by. It's been working great for the past year and I saved loads by buying it second hand. Service was wonderful with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I am really grateful for the "human touch" I have encountered again and again dealing with the team in Bentech. Over time there have been so many little gestures of good will and little "favours" done free of charge. Especially at the moment when there is always that black cloud of cost of living over so many of us, it makes such a difference.

Was totally thrilled with the Service these guys provided. Professional, friendly and really know their stuff.. :) After an initial consultation from another Company, a few months ago (which would have resulted in a hefty repair bill, had we gone ahead) we were sure we were in for bad news, but Bentech sorted the problem and within a few days had us up and running again... My laptop died whilst I was doing an on-line course. Took it in 2.30pm on Monday and although they couldn't repair it, they had me into a replacement laptop with all the latest Microsoft Office, as well as all the data from the old laptop transferred - all by 10.30am the next day (Tuesday). After reading the reviews, I thought I’d drop by to deal with a data transfer issue on my laptop. I was really impressed with how efficient and helpful the team was! I was able to trade in my old water-damaged laptop, which made the already very reasonably priced service even cheaper! Will definitely be back for any future issues 😊

Watching my friends buy their laptops from retail outlets and then have problem after problem, I have been so glad to have bought and maintained my computer through Bentech. Having it serviced regularly my laptop has been mostly trouble free and glitches have always been sorted on the day. Phone help has also been wonderful. The staff and service at Bentech are great. They are a great resource in Fremantle.
