Took my father in to help sort out his super upon retirement and honestly have not come across a more helpful pair of people in a long time. The experience was so quick and painless I'm now considering moving my own super over.

Very good com and checks and double checked bank details .m0ney came through 5 days .

We’ve had 2 recent calls to Cbus(Mark and Austin) and they were both very very helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient, answered all our questions without hesitation. Our anxiety about our questions was put to rest completely.

I recently had to deal with the front desk in the Perth office and found the ladies so helpful it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. If you get there direct phone no they answer straight away. If you have to ring on the 1300 no it means wait for at least 30min.

Just spent 40minutes on hold because of high volume calls only to be hung up on before reaching someone. Called back, another 40mins later, spoke to a really helpful guy for less than 1minute 🤦‍♀👍👍 When you do get through its good

Worst service I have ever received.
Dealing with a death claim which is an upsetting time it has taken 10 months to complete due to there delaying tactics. They do not return calls ever, not once in 10 months. They also need to be constantly chased up to send out forms which are not accessible online. We tried to be patient with them but it got us nowhere. Even putting in writing to their complaints department gets you nothing. They just do not respond or appear to care. Ombudsman told us they are well aware of their practice and did advise us.All I can say is if you have an account with them transfer it now as it will take forever, good luck.
The funniest part is we have just received and e mail from their customer service department requesting feedback on their service.
So they do have our details.....

The worst service ever … I have been trying to roll over all my super into one and it’s been nearly two years and they still haven’t completed it…. So many phone calls to them, they don’t care, don’t listen and sure as anything don’t do anything about it…… would never recommend them ever.

I have put in a straight forward claim. Worst Sevice ever, they would not listen and talked over the top of you. They appeared to be talking from a script. Cbus please do some training with your staff, it's terrible. Extremely unhelpful. Even worse when you ask to speak with a supervisor to be told we can't tranfer, can you please give a phone to a supervisor, no we can't do that. Oh well I will take it to the Ombudsman, I am sure he will assist. So 😔

Very un professional they treat you like they own the money I've less documents in a legal case and have the hide to say to help due lost one.

The fact that they have an overall rating below 2.5 stars should tell you all you need to know about these idiots. I cannot stress enough how poor the quality of cbus' services are...It's companies like cbus that warrant the 'ZERO ☆' option! It borders on criminal and far exceeds disgraceful the manner in which they treat their members. Even members with 20+ years of loyalty .They absolutely suck at their job.

Communication is terrible. i have sent in complaints that have not been actioned. they have allowed my Life insurance to lapse and dont seem to address anything urgently. i thought moving my super back to them was a good idea but now second guessing.

Horrific level of communication, have put through 2 formal complaints which havent been actioned. I've noticied that your emails are being managed by a outsourced company and your communication is falling apart. Please address these concerns.

Who monitors these super funds as the service is terrible and they need to be investigated due to lengthy delays ?

Called the 1300 number numerous times over the last 4+ weeks in regards to receiving a rather simple and straight forward superannuation payout that I’m now entitled to. But I’m yet to receive my payment after being given the run around for over 4 weeks now.

When calling I have been promised numerous times it would be processed on the days that I’ve called and t expect it in 3 business days, only to have to call back a few days later to find they’ve made continuous errors with no explanation or attempts to contact me to notify me of these errors an delays. This has continued for over a month now.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT CBUS, other than their hold music which I’m rather accustomed to isn’t too unbearable.

Big thumbs down especially for such a simple and straight forward claim/request.

Can't understand a word these people are saying on the phone.

This company is hands down the most appalling establishment beyond any measures, as I type this my friend is on the phone for the 12th week in a row in tears because the customer service, request processing and blatant ineptitude is beyond any thing I hope to ever witness again.

Terrible customer service, constantly failing to update contact details and insurance cover.
