Why would John Rhodes call and ask "who am I speaking to" before giving his name? Has he not heard of Telemarketers and Scammers who do the exact same thing and then hang up?
Good on Nick for being cautious and if John Rhodes is that fickle, his business will not be missed at Integrity Carpets.

Phoned today, and the chap abruptly said "Integrity Carpets, asked who I was speaking too, and the reply was "well who am I speaking too !!!!!" I said my name and said his was Nick, well if that's the way they conduct their business, they can stick their carpets and I will shop elsewhere, so much for integrity.
