Outstanding helpfulness with a smile. I visited this post office today and I had no end of trouble connecting a SIM service I purchased, entirely due to the fact that I was unable to verify sign-ins via a browser, and my password app was inaccessible - due to not being able to sign in, as I was off line; what you might call a Catch 22. The workaround was possible, but involved my accessing the outlet's WIFI, and I shan't bore you with the rest. The wonderful, friendly lady Postmaster was so helpful and went w-a-y beyond the call of duty to assist me. It must have taken us 15 minutes or more to complete the sign-up and login. I later told a few family who live nearby and they echoed the fact that this lady is fantastic. While I was there, she knew most customers by name - and Australia Post posties that came in and out too. Such a pleasure, thank you
