We finished our build in under 6 months on a tricky site with groundwater issues that delayed initial works. The Bungalow management team were responsive and professional - from organizing the town planning approvals to issuing our occupation certificate. The quality of the work is of a high standard - all the subbies knew what they were doing and communicated effectively. Special thanks to the Bungalow site team of Jason, Pedro and Victor. We love the building design and may well move in one day when we are ready to downsize.

My project manager, Jason, was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, anticipated potential issues, and was always available to answer questions. He clearly cared about the final product and handled the project's complexities with ease. His positive and professional attitude made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

I'm delighted with the final quality of the Granny Flat. John and Pedro were also fantastic to work with. Everyone at Bungalow Homes was professional and friendly.

While the overall quality is excellent, a few subcontractors could have paid closer attention to detail. It's worth keeping a close eye on their work during the construction phase.

Overall, I highly recommend Bungalow Homes, especially if you can request Jason as your project manager. The finished product is excellent, and the team is professional and friendly.

Granny flat rented out for good price before building completed!

I had a garage rebuild with a 1st Floor granny flat built by Bungalow homes. Their process is sound. Excellent communication of the build stages, accurate coatings and they finished the job on budget. There were some delays on this build, though I think it is a standard industry issue currently. Overall very happy with the result and build quality. I was very happy to work with Pedro, our project manager on this build. Clear, honest communication throughout, and any issues were resolved quickly and professionally. Would recommend Bungalow for your building project.

Had a great experience with the BH team. Our site had tricky access and we had to lodge a DA due to our zoning, but the BH team helped us through it all.

Our site supervisor Jason was really great and worked to a very high standard ; he also had a good eye for detail, and took on board all of our feedback professionally and openly. His supervisor John was also very good any time we needed to request further support.

Tanya in the office managed the front end design & pricing process very smoothly also, and with an always friendly and helpful manner.

Only minor negatives (not enough to give only four stars) were that the overall process up to Occupation Certificate issued took much longer than anticipated, but we are very happy with our Granny Flat and the quality of the finishes. Would recommend and have already done so to our neighbours. AO

We contacted Bungalow Homes for the construction of our Granny Flat & Studio at Frenchs Forest. Jason was our Site Supervisor. We found him very conscientious and meticulous on the job and always co-operated with any needs we had. He has a good rapport with the tradsesmen and with us as the client.

All along the way, any problems were promptly addressed and rectified. We also had many dealings with the office staff who we found very helpful and friendly. Towards the last couple of weeks of the job, Jason went on leave and John, a senior manager, stepped in to oversee the final few things that needed to be done. He was extremely helpful and friendly and sorted out the remaining items. We were extremely pleased with the final result and have received many compliments as to how impressive the whole project looks. Job well done.

We've just completed our granny flat and studio. We chose Bungolow Home because of their good reputation and confidence after we started to discuss our project with them. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the site supervisor John, admin manager Leanne, GM Tanya and sales manager Paul. They all did an outstanding job with their professional knowledge and prompt response from design, paper work and building site supervision. We are happy with the results of the project. We have completed our Granny Flat almost one Year ago. I can say that we went through one of the toughest times to build anything. We went through 2 waves of COVID hard restrictions, including an unprecedent 2 weeks halt in construction State-wide.
Even with all the obstacles’ the Bungalow team kept digging and worked hard to keep the moral up, and the work going. The juggling of scarce resources was nice to watch.
So yes, I highly recommend Jason and the team. We love the result. I also would like to mention John, who started our project, he is a Gem, and you would be lucky to have either of them managing your project. Lastly we can’t forget Leanne and of course Chris.

Jason and the whole team at Bungalow have been fantastic from design to handover. We checked out a number of Granny Flat specialist builders and none compared to Bungalow, the price differences were minimal overall compared with the quality. Jason's approach to Construction Management is reflected by the trades all being well engaged and positive towards him, and the company. For those who are unaware, you have to make at least 1million decisions on the fly when building; Jason makes it more like 100. He came up with high-end design solutions during the build which would have otherwise gone unnoticed and made the end product spectacular e.g. square set cornices to a cathedral ceiling and aligning walls with centre beam. Some of the changes recommended saved on time and cost as well, a big bonus as a client. Every friend, family member, delivery driver or tradie who has seen the place loves it. I'd have no hesitation recommending Jason and Bungalow to anyone. Thanks to Paul, Leanne and Tanya for the extensive consultation process and all the trades for slogging it out in the relentless rain (Pedro and Hoppa in particular).

Thanks for building an excellent granny flat for us. Chris and the team provide a very professional service with the planning, construction, install, certification and handover of the granny flat. Very clever use of space to maximize the area. We where kept informed during every stage of the build. The trades people where always courteous to my family and the project was completed on time as well. A special thanks to John the site manager for Bungalow who was always available and came up with many suggestions during the build.
