Pat was so friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the lead connecting the auxiliary battery to the fridge.l asked Pat if he could give me a diagnosis before starting work on it. He was quite happy to do this. Other places said they would charge me up front to tell me what the problem was. Pat supplied the part and fixed the problem within the hour. His charge was more than fair.
As a woman with little mechanical knowledge l feel vulnerable and easy to be taken for a ride so I'm very grateful to Pat for his honesty. He's a really great bloke. Thanks Pat.

The gentleman was so helpful, I just had a query and he was kind enough to come out in the heat, look at my car and give me sound advice..all no charge even though it took time out of his work schedule.

Top service from Pats Auto Electrical. My in-house electrics weren’t doing the right thing, so I left my motorhome in Pats capable hands. Within a couple of hours my problem had been diagnosed as a VSR problem. It was repaired and I was back on the road the same day. I can totally recommend this business 👍

Very hard not to give Pat the perfect score but I just can't do it. Nobody gets a perfect score from me but I always go to Pat first. We have a good selection of good auto electricians so don't be too worried in Broome.

Had two blown headlight bulbs which needed replacing. Given difficult access to back of lights Pat was intending to get a panel beater to help on the job but none were available so he tried to gain access himself which seemed kind of him at the time. The end result was two headlights that were pointing almost straight down (after replacement they obviously weren’t even tested beyond turning on and off), left headlight wasn’t fastened properly and a broken left headlight (both the lateral adjuster and the frame itself which was at some point cut and has evidence of a weak attempt to solder it back together) and it cost me $400. Replacing the whole headlight elsewhere is now going to cost me over $900. The one star is for being versatile and trying to sort me out within the day despite limitations but I wish I had just gone elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Tried to explain the electrical issue but he couldnt comprehend. Useless, no help and charged $40 for his "time and effort".

If you need an auto electrician don’t come here, terrible service, and overpriced. And by the way “Pat CALL Me”🤣
