Rift classes with weights so you’re not just doing leg days. Fully stocked showers plus you can get smoothies at the front desk for after your work out. Studio360 has it all. Obsessed!!

Studio 360 is such a great workout - I love it!
The trainers are all really friendly and welcoming - they actually call you by your name! The tunes are pumping, the lights are flashing and it's so much fun.
Also, the workouts are low impact and suit all levels, so anyone can do it.
Just be warned - once you try it, you'll become addicted to Studio 360!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Sam, Krissy & the team at Studio 360! The moment you walk into the bright clean studio you're greeted by genuine and friendly staff. The classes themselves are held in an exceptionally well designed and unique studio, which naturally promotes a sense of camaraderie (and competition if you choose!) between the instructors and fellow riders. There are a range of classes to choose from which focus on different exercise components, and the awesome music played throughout the classes always pumps you up and motivates you to get the most out of your workout.

You can choose to buy rides packs which don't expire or sign up for a monthly membership which is excellent value for money. There are no lock in contracts or sign up fees. Also your first ride is free when you download the app!

Studio 360 has re-invigorated my daily exercise routine. If your looking to get fit, challenge yourself, meet great people and actually enjoy your workouts, look no further than Studio 360!

I've been coming to Studio 360 for a couple of weeks now and it's the most amazing place. The owners are the friendliest people and the vibe amongst the other riders are incredible. If you're looking at starting a new exercise, you should strongly consider coming here. I've certainly noticed my fitness and strength increase dramatically since coming here and I was very unfit before starting.

Just download the Studio 360 app from the App Store and your first ride is free. You can purchase ride packs for full flexibility or you can sign up for a membership in which you can opt out of anytime. There is no strings attached.

Not only is the place super modern, pristine and aesthetic, but the trainers are experts in motivation and coaching. The atmosphere makes it so addictive and incredible to train in!!

Suggested by my daughter as an essential for cyclists when in Adelaide. It was brilliant! We staggered out the wobbly legs but had a smile all day. Highly recommended and we'll definitely go again.

Great workout, esp for people who are active/athletic.. can be a bit intensive to knees/joints if you're not too sporty :)
