Roy and his staff provide a very professional pharmacy service. With an apparently low turnover, so many customers are greeted by name.

Convenient place to have my Covid vaccination. My Mum had a booking for her booster, and Roy squeezed me in at the same appointment. He didn't have to do that. Thumbs up to Roy.

Pharmacy delivers medicine svripts to near by residents at no charge at least for seniors at this time of the crona19. There stock of drugs for scrips seems good. Has large displays of health and off self medicines and cosmetics and perfumes, aids, for a local pharmacy. Service is prompt but busy scripts filling can be 15 minutes wait sometimes.

I never have been so impressed by the kind and out of there way customer service given to me by service lady and all 3 pharmasists at 12.30pm on the 3rd of december. A young boy pharmacist who was so polite and professional followed through with my question about medication to his extent and then asked head lady pharmacist when he could not provide an answer for me. She also could not provide a straight answer, and together with another lady pharmacist did some researching with asking me further questions, were able to provide me with what i needed to know. Thankyou so much for going that extra step, where others have not. Will be my pharmacy from now on,
thankyou ! If you are in line waiting, its because they do things like this. I couldnt be happier, so if you want to complain about service, then i would have to be to blame for holding you up, sorry 😁

Live this pharmacy don't go there much more for Coles at that Plaza the shelves are never stocked but empty
